The project I had done started a couple months back when I was researching pricing on having concrete poured from the back to the front yard, with a pad to store my garbage cans and any other items on the side of the house, as well as stone edging that matched the front of the house to go along the perimeter of the sidewalk. I had an estimated range of pricing I would be happy with for the amount of concrete and the overall scope of work to be done. Several contractors came out to give me quotes but Daniel was the only one who showed up at the time we had scheduled, which is very much appreciated. We talked about the scope of work, materials required and the timeframe for getting everything done. The pricing for the project was within the range I had researched before so I decided to go ahead and sign on with Daniel for the job. The concrete pour was a single day job. Daniel and his crew showed up in the morning to get all the prep work done and were very accommodating to some of the minor changes that I wanted to implement to the final design. Once that was done it was time to pour, which went about as smoothly as it could've gone. Finally we got the materials required to have the stonework done for the edging on the sidewalk. The materials were delivered to the house the day before and Daniel was again on time the next day to get the project done. We again talked about a couple minor changes to the final design (part of which was suggested by one of his crew) and this was another single day job. Daniel was able to come by the house and clean up everything from the project before I started getting issues from my lovely HOA. Again, overall Daniel did an amazing job, I'm particular about the work done on my house and he was very accommodating with any changes or issues I had. When you give them a deposit they show up that day or one day then disappear. Juan won't return your calls at all and Jesse aka Jesus will return calls promising to come the next day, here we are almost 5 months later. We gave them a deposit of 2,500, four others homeowners gave deposits, one for 3,000, 6,000 and 8,000 and 12,000. The reason we can do nothing is because they come and break concrete or dump dirt and they say that's how much job cost. They are working on the corner of Mansfield Webb Rd. and Grindstone they use our money for this big job with NO SHAME. Please beware home owner.

This company was good at selling me at what they would accomplish, but it went all downhill from…read morethere. I had a driveway extension in the front, and stamped concrete in the back. They subcontracted the job from day 1, which was expected, but the sub contractor then sent out what seemed like guys I could have found on the side of home depot. Each day, guys would show up, and would sit around for hours doing nothing, as they would have no tools or materials. The job was messy, they cut corners, the end result was less than satisfactory. I had a sub contractor contact me as to why Trinity Construction Services didn't pay them. Trinity Construction Services would tell me while the job was happening, "don't tell the workers what you are paying me." Very unprofessional. There would be days I would sit and wait for workers to show up, only to be told one excuse after another. What was promised to be a 2 day, maybe 3 day max job, ended up being 2 weeks and still incomplete. I fired them at the 2 week mark because the crews who were hired just weren't cut out for the job. I had demo material sitting in my yard, killing my grass for about 2 weeks. There was dust buried in my grass, with dumped concrete at various parts of my property. I was told by the sub-contractor that Trinity Construction Services wouldn't provide the acid to clean the driveway. They told me that they were hired as labor only. All in all, I was left with ugly finish, incomplete sealing, and a dispute between contractos, sub-contractors, and workers. Trinity Construction Services claimed they had a plan to make everything right, but the bulk of the installation was messy and ugly, and we felt unheard. I know for a fact that my punch list was impossible to complete with this company. What started out as a great sales pitch, turned into a very unfortunate situation. Out of my total bill, I tried reasoning with them to reduce the cost, and I was met with threats to have a lien put on my property. We settled for just a slight bit less, but the job is less than desirable. We anticipated something beautiful, and ended up with a chap finish, and horrible details. I was told excuse after excuse. I was told that "I have met many customers like you, never satisfied, impossible to please. The job was not cheap, and I expected it to be pristine. I could have hired the workers myself had I wanted this sort of finish. This company will put the blame on the customer and their sub-contractors first rather than looking in the mirror and owning up to it. In the end, Trinity Construction Services made their money, and were let off the hook without having to check their job and correct misrakes along the way. IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, AND NOT BE CALLED NAMES AND CONSTANTLY REFER TO THEIR WORKERS AS WORKING ON MEXICAN STANDARD TIME AND OTHER UNPROFESSIONAL REMARKS, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
