Communication: 5/5. Andrew was very responsive the entire way through. He answered every question I had, including those concerning reviews and such and I was satisfied with all of his answers. Pricing: 4.4/5. He isn't the cheapest quote that I got, but his guarantees and service agreements, as well as his professionalism made me go with him. He was willing to come down towards a reasonable price, beating many of the quotes I received for my job. My job site was further than normal for his range, so he had to find a different cement supplier. He worked it all out though. Service Quality: 4.6/5. I love my slab. It's the first one I've ever bought, but it looks really great. He was down a person due to unexpected reasons but he and his crew really worked hard and busted it out. He got it all done in about 7 hours, including taking down some fence panels to be able to pour the concrete from the truck. His crew put the panels back on perfectly.
