...Continued During…read morethe course of Zack's employment he became angered very easily. It all makes sense now that I know about SAP. Zack could not speak or text without a continued string of expletives. We own a semi truck with an end dump trailer. His eyes lit up when he first saw it and said that was his specialty. He said he could take one of those "ANYWHERE"!!! I explained to him that we can't use that truck just anywhere. Mostly in Dallas, but also in some communities access is through the alleys. Many of them have trees growing over and utility wires overhead across the alleyway. The owner purchase a cowling for the top on the cab with our logo painted on it. I told Zack we couldn't go down alleys with it for the reasons listed above. His response was I'd rip that "F****NG thing off so I could get down the alleys. I advised him he would lose his job if he were to do that. On his first day I explained to him that when he puts diesel in the truck, he must send me a photo of the receipt. I had to continually tell him. During his 1 month of employment, he only sent two photos. Now, I have no proof as those dollars being a business expense. I am not accusing Zack of anything, but with his continual need for money, I am a little concerned. Supposedly, when his "wife" kicked him out he was broke, but was staying someplace where the had to pay rent. It has been daily drama every day with Zack. He actually reports to the Field Superintendent, but he blows my phone up daily with all his drama. He is alway trying to tell us what we should be doing, rather than trying to be the best employee could be. My whole crew was happy when I told them he was leaving. Their words, "he is too full of himself and has too much drama that he brings into the work place." One week we had a couple of clients not pay when they were suppose to. Zack wanted to know who they were, so he could go collect. Zach will receive his final payment once HR recalculates the amount owed. However, he and his girlfriend and/of wife text and call me 50 - 60 times a day. Many of the text are threatening. Carrollton Police have a copy of all the text and voicemail messages. Zack went to our yard today and took a picture of one of our trailers and said it could be sold for $800. This evening he texted "You know I'm super relieved I all the codes on you dump and end dump". If you are reading this Zack, there are now cameras installed at the yard. You are to never go there again. If you do, you will be arrested for Criminal Trespassing and that will surely make it to your background check. Plus, if any of the other threats you have made happen, the police know exactly who to go to. I hopefully will have the recalculated salary by Monday morning and I can get you out of our life forever. On an end note, all of our trucks have passed the State Inspections in the last 4 months.
