Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. Thank you, Greg and Tamara, for doing a FANTASTIC job cleaning my house. It is clear to me that you are passionate about what you do and care about the customers you serve. I am a huge fan of yours and would highly recommend your company to anyone.
