I highly suggest absolutely better cleaning. We hired them for our move our clean but unfortunately we had to fire our movers since they broke and scratched several things including our Tv, fridge, old door and new floors in our new Build. I cannot thank The absolutely better cleaning crew! They were extremely nice and professional and helped me put stuff aside. They left the home spotless on a rainy day and cleaned regardless of the circumstances. I am so grateful for them and will never forget them working around the issue. Their prices were reasonable and they were flexible. For this many reasons I'm giving them 5 out of 5! read more

Absolutely Better Cleaning - Office Cleaning Near Me

Not sure if this is a business issue or a Yelp issue, so I decided to give them three stars in spite of their limited response. Have not gotten to the house-cleaning stage. I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Probably won't pursue anything further here. read more

This company is awesome, we recently started working with them for our property management business and they have exceeded our expectations on communication and service. I highly recommend the cleaning team! read more

A+++++ and Above and beyond service from this company. My place was remodeled after a fire and I needed a company to make my place feel "brand new". Lemuel and his team did that and more. There was some boxes and trash needed taking out (which was not part of the cleaning) however Dylan did not complain whisked everything away. Brianna, your attention to detail is awesome. After all my research from other surrounding company's, and unfulfilled requests from the likes of Amazon Services, Task Rabbit, & Handy; Absolutely Better Cleaning definitely earned a repeat client. Look no further if you want cleaning done right, thorough, and with friendly service. read more

This service was truly a lifesaver! I have a busy work schedule and have been out of town on business. I have guests coming tomorrow and would have had no opportunity to clean. I asked for a deep clean with a few areas requested for specific attention. This was my first time using a cleaning service and it was awesome to come home to a clean, fresh apartment! Pros: - fair and competitive pricing - excellent job with my fridge and freezer - communication is great. they return calls and emails promptly. - friendly and accommodating - very thorough - cleaned baseboards and above doors - they left a written note for me describing the service rendered. - with the exceptions listed below, they went above and beyond my expectations. Cons: - they broke one of my hanging blinds and i may have to pay my apartment complex to repair and replace it. - they dusted my ceiling fan right onto my bedspread. ( i was hoping they would cover the area below the fan or vacuum the fallout ) - one of my specific directions was to clean the shower head and controls and the shower head was not touched. The cons are far outweighed by the pros. I will likely use them again for times when my schedule gets crazy. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Not impressed with this company. On Monday 4/22, I called and left a message to get a quote (I hate online quotes). On Wednesday, 4/24, I finally got a return call. Unfortunately, I was at a restaurant and it was noisy so I stepped outside to take the call. The connection was horrible -- I could barely understand the person on the line. I asked him to call me back on Thursday 4/25. NO CALL. Why would I want to do business with a company that doesn't want to talk to me or want my business? read more

From the very beginning I could tell that we were going to be very happy with their service. Very quick responses and great customer service. We did a move out deep clean and when we walked in afterwards we were floored at the level of detail that was attained and the house looked brand new. I sent some communication while the cleaning group was there and got updates. I showed up at the end and was greeted with warm, smiling faces that looked like they just showed up. I think our house was on the dirtier side but you wouldn't be able to tell based on how it looks. Very pleased and will use again when the time presents itself. read more

Thoroughly impressed with absolute better cleaning! We wanted a cleaning crew who is punctual, responsive and pays attention to detail. I'm so relieved to have found them. No need to go get cash out, you pay online. They send text reminders for your cleaning and show up at what time you schedule them for. Breathe of fresh air! read more

I am not a huge fan of internet quotes but the quote was in line with other pricing I had received from competitors. I contacted Absolutely Better and set up the day and time for them to come to my home. They were on time and did a great job. We had recently done some renovations and we needed a pretty good cleaning from all the dust.. It wasn't the fastest job but it was thorough, which I appreciated. I was charged exactly what I was quoted with none of this "addon" stuff you typically get with internet quotes. That fact alone made me very happy with their service. read more

I've been very happy with Lemuel's communication, promptness, and service. The team has cleaned my home twice and done a fantastic job. Prices are reasonable, however, be aware that many services are extra (such as cleaning out window tracks or inside of the fridge). This took me by surprise at first, but the base price is reasonable enough that I have decided to continue using his services monthly. Thanks Lem and your whole crew for making my life a lot easier! read more

Great job on completing a move out cleaning. It was spotless and smelled great. They travel to our house and keep us updated along the way.

These guys were great. Came to my place in Knox/Henderson to do an apartment move out clean. I just bought a townhouse and plan on using them more regularly in my home. Great work! read more

I can't say enough about the great service that Absolutely Better Cleaning provides. We have the twice monthly service with them and they do such a great job. The owner's take great pride in every detail. From communicating with you about your needs, to ensuring your house is properly cleaned. Terrific, honest, hardworking company. I highly recommend them! read more

I recently contacted Absolutely Better Cleaning last minute to do a "move in" deep clean on my new home. They squeezed us in on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. They cleaned my entire home, including drawers & cupboards, and appliances, using eco-friendly natural products. They did a terrific job - my house looked great. They are friendly, prompt, and responsive. I would highly recommend them. read more

Overall great experience! I wanted to have my home cleaned before Christmas and this company delivered. Communication was constant and easy from my first inquiry through the cleaning process. The cleaners were professional and friendly and very respectful of my home. They asked for my input a few times, which I appreciated, and gladly revisited a few places I noticed needed a little more attention. I do not have a regular cleaning service, but for an occasional top to bottom clean - this company is a fantastic option. Highly recommend! read more

Based on the good review in Yelp I scheduled cleaning on 12/11, on 12/9 I asked Lemuel Thompson (the owner) if he has any availability on 12/12 to move our cleaning from 12/11 to 12/12. Instead of moving the cleaning he just canceled our original appointment without even asking us! When I called Lemuel Thompson (the owner) he was very rude. Totally screwed us.....you can't trust them. read more

Great cleaning and great customer service. I've used Absolutely better several times now and used for my girlfriends. Very responsive and accommodating considering I don't have a recurring cleaning (I use for ad hoc cleaning couple times a year). They were even able to squeeze me in short notice before a holiday weekend. read more

Wonderful service! Was very pleased with the booking experience and the girl who came to do a move-out clean at my apartment was great. She was easy to get ahold of, very kind, and did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend! read more

We have had many cleaning companies through the years. This day was like my kids trying to pick up the house. Very basic. Towels were not presented nice, garbage in the garbage cans. A garbage bag was left in the kitchen. My kids beds were not made nice. Special pads were not put on another bed. I am not impressed. Very nice people to work with. I know there is better out there for the money. read more

This service is fantastic - everything was spotless! No stone unturned! We started with the deep cleaning and are going to continue on a monthly basis. Thank you!!! read more

I recently moved to Dallas and was trying to find a new cleaning service. It took me a long time and a lot of trial and error to find a decent one in Austin, so I was not looking forward to my search. I called multiple places and got a similar quote from everyone, but went with Absolutely Better Cleaning because they were very nice and professional, and are a relatively new business so I wanted to give them a shot. They sent one person to my house, but she stayed for a very long time doing a thorough clean of my house, getting under furniture, wiping everything down. I was very pleased with the time she spent on my house and the detail she put into cleaning it. I have a few dogs, so getting under the furniture is a must. I recommend you give them a try if you're looking for a new cleaning service. read more

YES YES YES YES YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!! Absolutely wonderful and GREAT people to have clean your home. Reasonable pricing and VERY good at their business! HIGHLY recommend and I will be using them in the future!! I am VERY impressed!! read more

Its the first time I am writing a review on yelp. I called up Absolutely better cleaning on 10/21(Friday evening)- talked to Lem for about 20 min, about a deep cleaning for my home. They said they have availability for tuesday 10/25 as I had to have the cleaning done before the Saturday 10/29. I gave the house details(the address and the Sq.ft and the location specifics) and we agreed on the price which was reasonable. I gave the payment card details and he said someone would be calling me around 8.30 on Tuesday. Then comes the surprise. I got a voicemail saying they don't have my address and If I don't call back they will cancel the service. When I called back on Monday morning, the lady who picked up said since they didn't have my address on file they cannot honor the booking for Tuesday and they don't have any availability for 2 weeks. Beware of the cleaners who back out on the last moment or gives you lame excuses. I had given my address and it was mistake from their representative that he didn't note it down. I need to go n check my card now if they have charged it. read more

Once again Absolutely Better Cleaning did an amazing job on getting my place ready to sell. They were on time, friendly and eager to do a great job. If you are looking for reasonable and responsible cleaning crew don't hesitate to give them a call. read more

We used ABC before our son's 6th Birthday Party so people would think we always live like that and they did an amazing job! There were 3 people (husband, wife and another man) and they were here for 3 hours - we got a deep cleaning. I cleaned before they got here bc, while we don't live like complete pigs, we do have 3 dogs, 4 cats, a few rodents in cages, 2 kids not in cages (most of the time) and 2 adults that maybe don't clean as often as we should... I thought I'd done an ok job cleaning before they got here. Ha! By the time they were done, I realized that whatever it is that I do when I'm 'cleaning', it's not the same thing as they do. My house was spotless! I almost didn't want a buhgillion kids in my house the next day for the birthday party, but I allowed it (bc I'm a kind and benevolent mother). I would highly recommend ABC and we will definitely use them again! read more

Great job on post Reno cleaning! Excellent communication as well! They were very accommodating with our scheduling as we had to adjust our dates. Very professional, highly recommend! read more

This cleaning service has earned its name! They are absolutely better than any cleaning service I have used (and there have been many over the years)! I thought my house was clean, until until after these wonderful people cleaned my house! Their customer service is amazing and they take great care and obvious pride in their work! I highly recommend them to anyone who can appreciate a professional cleaning service that provides superior results! read more

This service was great! I ordered a move out clean & she did a phenomenal job. From the bathroom to the fridge, l definitely wished I ordered a Cleaning for my new apartment. Only thing I did notice was about an inch of dust still on each fan, also the vents she mentioned didn't look clean. I would assume dusting is covered in a move out clean. Overall a great experience & good price! read more

They have to be the best cleaners I have worked with in the DFW area since I moved here. Incredibly professional both in communication and when on site at my home. They are on-time and keep you up to date on your appointments via text and email. There cleaning work is impeccable and quick, and the house looks wonderful every time they come. read more

House cleaning - very good/excellent (but did miss the utility room); however, overall the customer experience was less than desirable. The job was for deep cleaning. Due to personnel issues company requested they come earlier than committed (noon) - we could not accommodate their request. Received call that company would not arrive till 3pm (actually 1 person showed at 3:20, rest of crew at 3:40) - due to deep cleaning I suggested reschedule as did not want the crew to hurry the job or be at the house past 6pm. Company rep said no problem, that crew could easily complete job in timeframe. While the crew completed the job before 6pm, later feedback from the company was the crew was stressed and would not return in the future. From the feedback conversation, I had the feeling as the customer, we should have a adjusted our schedule to accommodate the company's personnel issue. read more

These guys did an excellent job of deep cleaning my apartment in Frisco Crossing! They showed up exactly on time and cleaned my place for a fair price. Lemuel gave a reasonable price compared to other cleaning services in the area. I highly recommend their services! read more

After having mom guilt about hiring a maid service I was finally so overwhelmed with my to do lists that I needed a break. My patience level just went up to give my kids the quality time and attention playing with them instead of endless chores and cleaning . If your a mom on the fence about it.. DO IT!! BEST DECISION EVER MADE! They are amazing and my house is spotless! Thank you Deborah! read more

Lemuel and Debra are a husband and wife team that do a fantastic job! I hired them when I was getting ready to put my house on the market. They were courteous and on time. They even asked if they could come early. By talking to them, you can tell they take pride in their work and definitely do the best of their ability to tackle whatever job you give them. Their work ethic and finished product are definitely something that should be praised and passed on. I'd recommend them to anyone!! read more

Just when you think you are getting ripped off from all these maid services inflating estimates and doing a mediocre job here comes ABC. I was a little skeptical because they are brand new and couldn't really find that much about them online but I looked into them and they seemed legit and trustworthy so I took a chance. You will think that it is too good to be true by the estimate they give you but it is deal beyond any other maid service you will find out there trust me. I had my parents coming to stay with us over the weekend and I needed my place spotless. Full deep clean and I asked for extras. Debra showed up and she was so nice its like we all became friends instantly. I felt completely comfortable leaving for work for the day and having her there by herself. All I can really say is that I've hired about 4 or 5 different maid services over the years probably about 8 times total and ABC is hands down the best I've ever had. She went above and beyond and her attention to detail is great. I went through and checked everything doubting a few things along the way and she proved me wrong every time since she knocked out everything I could possibly think of. We have a 2 bd/2 bth about 1200 sq ft and she did such a great job we will only use them from now on. Hopefully in the future when we eventually get a house it is within their service range. Give them a good tip you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely Better Cleaning is awesome! We were floored from the moment we entered by how sparkling clean the entire home is now! We are so thankful for the incredible move-in deep cleaning you guys provided and look forward to starting out with a spotless new home. You managed to clean every single nook and cranny! We are so impressed with your professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness! Absolutely Better Cleaning provides excellent cleaning service at very reasonable rates with fantastic customer service! Thank you, again! read more

I should preface this review by saying I never have anyone else clean for me, but we just completed some flooring and kitchen remodeling and I could not handle all the dust and debris that was created. I was forewarned it would be bad but I was still shocked at how that tiny layer of dust just wouldn't go away and so decided to call in professionals. I tried looking through Home Advisor and found a few numbers to call but the prices were insane. (in my opinion...again, no real reference point, I never pay for house cleaning) I tired Yelp and found ABC and read Joshua H's review (thanks Josh!) and decided to call. Lem and Deborah are amazing!!!!! I really cannot compliment them enough on their customer service and willingness to customize my job since I was asking for a cleaning half way through construction with some very specific requests. Their prices are very fair and the work is immaculate! I have since called them again to do a full house cleaning and am planning to use them in the very near future! read more

Omg, these people just changed my life! I hadn't actually lived in my apartment for about 6 months and had 2 cats that pretty much took it over while I was gone (had friends that stopped to check on them but they didn't clean up after them really)... This was my first time using a maid service and these guys were SO nice- felt completely comfortable leaving them there alone.. They got the floors looking brand new again and most importantly cleaned all of the cat hair and dust that had built up! Would DEF recommend them; they were awesome!! Needless to say I can finally move back into my apartment! Thank you so much guys!! read more

Let's just say that we are hooked for life with the crew from Absolutely Better Cleaning for life!! Debra and her husband were kind, warm, flexible with our busy schedule (did you hear I say FLEXIBLE??) I can't agree more with the other reviews also when they talk about how it feels like you have just reunited with an old friend when you meet Debra as well. She goes above and beyond (as does her hubby) in helping in any way she can. Let me give you an example. I had a bad tooth infection and needed to desperately reschedule our time to clean the house twice. Instead of being upset (and rightfully so) I felt zero frustration on her part and instead, received some text messages with "advice and suggestions" on how to help cure my tooth. I couldn't believe that someone I had met only once could be that thoughtful and kind!! Says soi much about their heart and the level of service they provide. Now lets talk about their skills. Blown away!! The house (filled with pet hair btw) had never been cleaned to well ever!! They own and use an extremely updated and mega mega vacuum that not only picks up the pet hair instantly, but it helps to eliminate the allergy junk that goes along with pet hair and room toxins.) We literally hit the cleaning service jackpot with Absolutely Better Cleaning and wish I could convince everyone who is tired of "shopping around" to try their service just once! You will also be hooked and I will be the first to welcome you to the Absolutely Better Cleaning Fan Club which I happen to be the President and CEO of. . Looking forward to seeing you later today Debra!! read more
