Initial promised price - $152.99 for a regular cleaning with kid friendly supplies. I was made to sign a document, without first receiving any confirmation on the time they'd visit - which was fine I guess. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). The team was VERY fast! I got a deep clean and overall it was good, I had to point out some items that were missed but they tried to quickly clean it. I wish they would have taken the 20-30 minutes to slow down and do a thorough once over to catch any items missed (overall clean was barely 1.5 hours, so this would have just taken a total of 2 hours to do the quality touch ups). Additionally, the price I was charged was 20% more than what I was quoted, and the team on-site didn't have any explanation as to why (since they didn't do the billing). They called me the day of to say the cleaners car broke down and they needed to take an Uber and asked if they can come earlier it was about 10Am. Luckily my movers were just about done. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the cleaners. They never came, after texting back and forth and being told they were 20 mins away they finally showed up around 1:08pm.
