Normal home cleaning and a good quality service. i'm just bit perfectionist but it was affordable and recommended

They were ok but they put big scratches on a mirror. I asked to replace and they offered a small credit on future cleanings.

This business is off and on. There are different people nearly every time. I have to constantly show them how I like my bed made. What products I want used and it's a constant training. I asked for a reminder of 24 hours which is easy electronically and then get one an hour before. Tired of strangers in and out of my home. I also used one of her girls who claimed to be able work on side for Laura . They said they only pay her 20.00 per hour. Laura the owner only gives them a short amount of time to clean and if it's not done in that time the girls don't get paid. Then the girl Liz was caught stealing and the police were called. She says they back ground check but has never proved it. When I asked for the same people as I have over and over I was told they would not be able to service my home. The reason she can't send the same people is because she can't keep the employees. They quit. I'd recommend finding another housekeeper . Plus you have the nerve to post a picture of my home in your add. The house looks like it does because I keep it that way not her company. read more

After recently having a baby, I needed some extra help with keeping my house clean. Running after a baby is enough right? I requested a deep clean for my first service. I was very pleased with the service, they deep cleaned my space including the baseboards which was amazing because let's be honest who likes to wipe the baseboards down. When I had one small concern/small issue the owner was so professional and understanding and immediately rectified the issue. I have now signed up for monthly service and look forward each month to having a clean house once they leave. Contracted service for a monthly cleaning. Initial clean went mostly ok, a few issues. Primary issue was with the customer service of their "corporate office" as the on-site staff called them. After the service was complete I got an email for the charge at 5:30pm. I figured I would pay that the next day when I was at my computer. 12 hours later at 6am I got a nastygram from them again asking why I had not paid yet. I paid the charge at around 8am that morning and then wrote them a note saying that I did not appreciate the stern note only 12 hours, not 12 business hours, but just 12 hours after the payment request. They never replied to that note, just ghosted me. Total lack of professionalism. *EDIT* Eventually got the communication issue rolled out and set up for a monthly service. 1st of those was supposed to be this morning. Got an email from them saying that due to a staffing issue they would not only not be coming today, but would no longer be able to service me as a client at all. Rating reduced to 1 star, would be a zero if I could. "Good morning, We're sorry however we will not be able to service today nor count you between our clientele, we apologize for any disruption this might have caused. Unfortunately we had unexpected staff turnover and cannot service that area right now. " read more

My husband surprised me with a deep house cleaning for my birthday. To say that I was less than impressed is an understatement. The two ladies who came were EXTREMELY rough with their vacuums. I heard them banging our walls and baseboards upstairs. When I looks at them after, there were many scuffs and black marks everywhere. It took me 1.5 hours to scrub them off my walls and baseboards with a magic eraser. (I touch up my walls and baseboards twice a year, and my last touchups were in July - so I know for a fact those were not there before) There was dust left all along our baseboards, as well as dust and cobwebs on the top of our windows. In addition, they didn't do a thorough job on our floors. I saw dirt on my bathroom floor and used a baby wipe and it came up with lots of dirt. We were charged $399 (after a "gracious" $30 discount for the mishaps) for the deep clean. This was my first time ever using this company and I definitely will NEVER use them again. I expected to pay for something since people did come and clean (regular cleaning price), but being charged such a high price for a deep clean when my house was NOT deep cleaned is wrong. Steer clear of this company. ***We declined the offer because we have guests that arrived the day after the cleaning and will be staying in our home for the next 10 days. I believe my husband relayed that information to you. Also, the photos posted are from inside our homes bedroom - not the garage. I've reviewed what your deep cleaning includes, and a LARGE chunk of what you advertise was NOT done. Not just a few things, a very sizable amount of things were not completed at all. read more

Very efficient and professional. Laura was very easy to work with. I sent her pictures and she gave me a very reasonable quote. Very affordable for everything I needed cleaned. They did a very thorough job. They even cleaned the baseboards. I was very pleased and now use them regularly. They come in every other week to clean up my home. They are the best cleaners I have had and I love seeing them every other week because i know that when they come, my home will be immaculately clean. Laura is great. Her cleaners are solidly average. Paid for a move out clean. Some parts are great. Some are simply not done. Basically after paying for a clean I get to go back and do about 1/3 of it again. Myself. Main bedroom shower, floor barely cleaned. It's white so it's easy to tell. Kitchen cabinets and drawers not wiped out. Kitchen sink not touched. Like literally things still in the cabinet and on the sink etc. Owner is nice. But didn't seem overly concerned when I told her things I paid for were not done. Honestly I'd look elsewhere for cleaning. read more

Quality of service is poor. I didn't see anything changed after they did the vent is still greezy and kitchen sink is not at all cleaned.

The girls that cleaned my property were very good and polite. I would definitely recommend this service.
