At first, we were skeptical about the 2 hour dry time (compared to the typical 1-2 day dry time we were used to from prior carpet cleanings)... but we found this method to be so much better! Effective process safe for pets and children, with very little dry time and no large hoses being dragged in through the house from a truck. This process actually lifts dirt and odors out of the carpet vs. trapping or masking the dirt and odors as some other processes do. I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work.
