You guys were the first ones to reach out to me when I searched for a cleaning company the representative booked me for 11 o'clock that morning with one hour window. She then contacting me after I ask contacted her back asking if anyone won the way because now it is after 12 o'clock she got back with me only to inform me that unfortunately no one will be able to make it and she wanted to reschedule for the next day.. Absolutely terrible! Paid for a deep clean for my mom after her surgery and you could not even tell the house was cleaned. You couldn't even see marks in the carpet from the vacuum and there was still dust everywhere and dirt on the floors. They came back and I'm not really sure what was done but maybe smear some scented floor cleaner in the ground. There was still dust bunnies. Blinds were not touched. You could tell nothing was moved to clean. The lady didn't speak English so my mom couldn't communicate with her at all. Getting ahold of someone was a pain bc no one knew what the last person had said and it was hard to get anyone to get back to us. I paid over $400 for a job my 7 year old could do better and they finally gave me $150 back after a massive amount of hassle. Do not use them!!! read more

I wasn't sure what to expect, as I've only used "local" people or referrals for house cleaning. I really needed a "good" general house cleaning. I had put in a "project request" through Yelp (actually trying to get an estimate from a different company, who never responded, and TCS responded immediately), so I was a little skeptical. First of all, the company/customer service/communication was fantastic!! They responded quickly (were able to send someone on the day I needed/wanted, even though it was the same week) and were so helpful and easy to work with. That immediately impressed me. We live in a more rural lake community about an hour southeast of Dallas, so I know there was a distance to travel, too. Veronica G., the gal who did my cleaning, was prompt, efficient, and very thorough. She worked hard, communicated easily, and paid attention to detail. Everything smelled and looked amazing when she was done. I hope she will be the one who comes in the future. Well done! (I will say that the price was more than I normally would spend; however, after seeing the work that was done, I feel that the job was worthy of the greater cost.) read more

The only pleasant part of using this company was the initial conversation with Jacob. The actual service received was horrible. The cleaners didn't not arrive at the scheduled appointment time. They did not do a thorough job cleaning anything, and what's worse, they broke a glass picture frame and did not disclose it to me. Instead it was hidden behind other frames on the console table. A coupon code was offered in the initial text message but it wasn't actually applied to the final charge on my card.
