The house sparkled. It was a positive experience all around. We needed to get our house cleaned for company next week. I got bids from a couple of companies by sending them the list of what we wanted to have done and selected The Cleaning Authority, expecting the same quality of work. We wanted the bathrooms, the master bedroom, a guest room (which just needed dusting as it had been painted and carpeted recently), and the public spaces downstairs in the house cleaned. They did not have to do the windows, sills, blinds or the wood floor on the main floor. I emphasized that the kitchen was really important. I acknowledged that if the work wasn't done in four hours we could negotiate for more time, and said that was ok. What we got: two women who did not communicate in English, who wasted probably 45 minutes of time in the already cleaned guest room, didn't clean any room thoroughly (not even trying to clean the tubs or floors) before going to the next room, didn't even work on the kitchen until the last, and walked out without even trying to find me or my husband to see if we wanted them to go over the time limit to finish the job. I just happened to look out the window to see them packing up their equipment and went out to get them to finish the kitchen. When I called the next day to complain, the person I talked to wanted to come out to see what I was talking about, asked if I had taken any pictures, and offered to have someone else come out to clean. I replied that since we had company coming the NEXT week, we were already doing the cleaning not done, didn't have time to take pictures, and certainly didn't want her or anyone from the company to come to our house ever again. I strongly urge anyone looking for a cleaning company not to even consider this one. If someone does choose them, be sure to take pictures, have a translator available, accept a price for the job and not by the hour, and watch them like a hawk to see that they are actually working and really cleaning.

Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. My experience with her was great, but my experience with the owner Danielle, was not a good one. I only wanted my house cleaned once a month. I figured I could maintain in between cleanings and then have a deep cleaning done monthly. I was told by the owner she thought it would be best if they cleaned more often. I did not mind paying for a deep cleaning every month. I was told however, no one would come out to my house because it's far. Of course, after the fact she explains they didn't service my area anyway and the only reason she offered was because one of her employees lived out my me. She acted like she was doing me a favor and then proceeded to say how dirty my house is because according to her I haven't cleaned in a significant amount of time. I live in the country and it gets dusty. The only solution to the problem she offered was cleaning more often. I felt like she was just trying to get me to book more often so she could make more money. She also wanted me to sign a contract with her. I wasn't interested in a contract. She kept telling me it was more money if I didn't sign a contract. I was okay with that. I said in my original review I wasn't trying to deter people from using this company. However, now after I've seen and heard about the owner's business practices, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Any other companies I've contacted had no issues with my monthly cleanings or driving out to the country. So, I'm at a loss for how she acted. I wrote a review on another site and after her ugly response to it, I figured I should warn people. Go with another company.

Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner! Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way. It was! Jennifer then took a picture of how we wanted our bed done and said that is how it will be done from now on. YAY! I really like it when details get done correctly, and it is clear that Jennifer is the type of cleaner that wants to get those kind of details right for the customer. Jennifer also introduced our home to her Shark steam mop. It leaves our tile floors very nice and clean without a residue that regular mops can leave behind. Before then, I didn't know we needed to be steam mopped! Jennifer has definitely spoiled us on that. Tara and I are picky about cleaners because we both work from home. The cleaners we have had with LMM have been so pleasant to work with and have all been very considerate of working around our little projects in our home offices. They have accommodated us by not vacuuming nearby while we are on the phone and by respecting when an office door is closed. When we are out of the home on a cleaning day, if they need details or they need to tell us something of interest, the cleaners have always communicated well via text.
