I wanted to get the entire house deep cleaned so i used yelp and i actually requested another company but Josh from RIE reached out and the rest is history. Shelly (hello, name twin!) was extremely prompt in getting back to us with a quote and even after me not responding for almost a week, she was able to schedule me next day at the time I asked! She also made sure to check in with me during and after the cleaning. Tammy is who did our cleaning, and she went above and beyond my expectations! She was extremely hard working and also very fun and pleasant to have. We were changing our door locks while she was cleaning, and even though she had already completely cleaned the floors in the room we were drilling and making a new mess (boo us), she came back and cleaned up after us! The previous owners left behind a distinct pet smell, and that is well gone. They also left behind a lot of junk items in the closets and cabinets. She made sure to ask in each room what was ours or if there was anything we wanted to keep and actually cleared out everything for us! I definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Nice team, great work, very fair price…read more Had them handle my move-out cleaning. They were one of the only companies that was willing to do a Saturday morning job, which was hugely helpful since that was absolutely the only possible day it could be done. Yay, them! These two very sweet ladies showed up on time. They were cheerful and friendly and wasted no time. In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis.

I recently sold my house and wanted to have the entire house cleaned for the buyer!! Josefina cleaning service was not only the first out of 7 people to respond but they also had the best price! I did not give 5 or even 4 stars because they did arrive an hour late (930am), when they said they'd be there at 830am , but that's no biggie they still got the job done! Because closing on the house was today , all utilities were also scheduled to be disconnected today. Which the electricity had literally just shut off 10 mins before they arrived , meaning if they would have arrived when scheduled they would have been able to do the things that required electricity like vacuum. So for that inconvenience or lack of service I feel the price should have been adjusted. The quote was for $250-$300 , with the ending price being $275 !! I think $250 would have been more fitting. however I paid what was requested! I was unable to see the final results due to another engagement that required my presence, but I did stop thru while they were cleaning and liked what I seen . I would definitely and I actually plan to use this company again . I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning service.

During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!
