I wanted to get the entire house deep cleaned so i used yelp and i actually requested another company but Josh from RIE reached out and the rest is history. Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. Their rates are very competitive and affordable for everyone wondering.

My wife and I have used Love My Maids (LMM) ever since we moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in 2017…read more Throughout these many months we have had about four steady, wonderful cleaners from LMM work in our home. Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner! Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way. It was! Jennifer then took a picture of how we wanted our bed done and said that is how it will be done from now on. YAY! I really like it when details get done correctly, and it is clear that Jennifer is the type of cleaner that wants to get those kind of details right for the customer. Jennifer also introduced our home to her Shark steam mop. It leaves our tile floors very nice and clean without a residue that regular mops can leave behind. Before then, I didn't know we needed to be steam mopped! Jennifer has definitely spoiled us on that. Tara and I are picky about cleaners because we both work from home. The cleaners we have had with LMM have been so pleasant to work with and have all been very considerate of working around our little projects in our home offices. They have accommodated us by not vacuuming nearby while we are on the phone and by respecting when an office door is closed. When we are out of the home on a cleaning day, if they need details or they need to tell us something of interest, the cleaners have always communicated well via text. Thank you, Jennifer and Love My Maids, for being so good to us and doing such good work.

Do NOT. I repeat Do Not call them…read more I had Marqwetta come to my home to clean. Unfortunately due to appointments I could not be here while she cleaned. When I got home I noticed so many things not done. We just moved in to our home and wanted someone to do a deep clean before we moved our stuff in. She never touched our shutters (still dirty). The bath has a figure 8 bleach stain from where it was squirted but never cleaned. The windows look like they weren't even touched. The light fixtures are still dusty. I'm honestly not sure what she did in here for two hours. She broke one of my cabinet drawers and never said anything until I confronted her. Luckily I am handy and made something out of nothing. I truly felt she took my money and ran. We contacted her to come back and she agreed but then never showed up. An ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
