Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. We booked the move out cleaning and was left completely disappointed and frustrated. They were scheduled to arrive at 2:30 PM but didn't show up until 4:30 PM. I let that slide -- no complaints. But then they entered the house, looked around, and left without saying a word. When I called, they claimed the house wasn't "completely empty" -- because of a kettle, a vacuum cleaner, and a cardboard box. That's it. They canceled the entire service over that, without even notifying me or giving me a chance to remove them. I offered to take those items out immediately, but they refused to come back, even though I called them 5 minutes after they left. I chose them over cheaper options because of the services they promised -- what I got instead was zero communication, no professionalism, and a lot of unnecessary stress. Today was my move-out day, and I was left scrambling because of their complete lack of responsibility. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. The cleaners arrived on time and were very thorough performing a deep clean. I am especially pleased with the oven, fridge, blinds, mirrors.
