In addition to all the regular housecleaning stuff (bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.), they did heavy duty things like wiping out all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, cleaning the blinds, wiping out the fridge and microwave, and cleaning the inside of the oven (I sprayed it the night before). They're very thorough and super quick! My completely empty two bedroom + two bathroom 1300sf place was finished in only about 90 minutes. If I were staying in the area, I'd definitely have them on a regular basis. read more

The team did a reasonably good job on our move in clean. Our home is large with a large number of drawers and cabinets. I was explicit about the size and the challenges that presents. I was also detailed about the specifics of our expectations for a move in clean to include, in particular, wiping down drawers and cabinets. I did not provide immediate feedback because given the size of the home it took days to discover things like hair left in drawers of some bathrooms, which clearly weren't wiped down/out or seasoning spilled in cabinets, again not wiped down. Dust was left around door casing in some bedrooms. One of the kitchen countertops was not thoroughly cleaned. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but they're very good with communicating and they respond very quickly which is a huge plus , especially for someone like me who is anxious and big on getting stuff done immediately!! I recently sold my house and wanted to have the entire house cleaned for the buyer!! Josefina cleaning service was not only the first out of 7 people to respond but they also had the best price! I did not give 5 or even 4 stars because they did arrive an hour late (930am), when they said they'd be there at 830am , but that's no biggie they still got the job done! Because closing on the house was today , all utilities were also scheduled to be disconnected today. Which the electricity had literally just shut off 10 mins before they arrived , meaning if they would have arrived when scheduled they would have been able to do the things that required electricity like vacuum. So for that inconvenience or lack of service I feel the price should have been adjusted. The quote was for $250-$300 , with the ending price being $275 !! I think $250 would have been more fitting. however I paid what was requested! I was unable to see the final results due to another engagement that required my presence, but I did stop thru while they were cleaning and liked what I seen . I unfortunately had a very negative experience with Josefina cleaners. I scheduled a deep cleaning through Yelp. They told me they'd be there "early morning" (their exact words). Come the day, they're still not there at 11 and I can't reach them via phone or Yelp. They finally show up but they said there was a miscommunication and they thought it was a regular clean. Worse yet, they said there wasn't enough time for a deep clean and we'd have to reschedule for another day. At this point I had already been waiting for them for half the day and moved my plans to accommodate their delay. I hopped on a call with them to reschedule and they told me they'd get to me in 30 mins to an hour but I never heard back from them. I ended up just cancelling the cleaning and going with someone else. This was a frustrating experience for several reasons: 1. There were multiple miscommunications with the time and level of cleaning needed even though I have messages from him saying they'd come early morning and me making sure that it's a deep clean which was also reflected in the price he quoted me 2. Throughout this process there was a complete lack of communication from letting us know that they were late to getting back to me about rescheduling. 3. To excuse that they weren't able to complete a deep cleaning today, they insulted my home and told me it was "dirtier than they expected" and when I asked them if they can scrub the baseboards they told me "that's not gonna get them clean" which I found very unprofessional. I'll be the first to admit my house is not sparkling clean but that's why I hired cleaners! I was very open about what I needed to be cleaned and it was reflected in the price he provided. Oscar and crew helped me with a big project on short notice. Their deep cleaning was thorough and efficient. I was really pleased with how they notified me when they were held up and would be arriving later than scheduled. We communicated easily, and everyone was friendly. Payment via Zelle was a snap. Note: if you have chemical sensitivity, especially odors, let them know ahead of time, and maybe let them use products you provide. They use normal products that work well.
