She and her team arrived on time and were finished on the dot of when she stated. I wish I would've gotten a before picture but my bathroom hasn't been this clean since move in. Everything sparkles when they leave and my wood floors look so beautiful I don't want to walk on them. I am insanely picky about cleaning- I actually primarily pay to have my house cleaned because if I do it myself I get obsessed and can't stop. I have never found a cleaning service that meets my standards like Immaculate Help does. They are amazing, and after 5(ish) cleanings the quality of the clean has not declined a bit. They are great with my dogs and Celina even texted me once to ask if it was ok to let my dog outside when she was asking to be let out. Every time my lunch break overlaps with their cleaning, I get a very cheerful greeting from Celina. Without being asked, they've adjusted their routine so I can always access the kitchen for lunch based on when I tend to come home. They have also alerted me to a guest bathroom toilet I had no idea was leaking onto the floor and showed me the exactly where the leak was coming from.
