I went with Marse to complete my move out clean. Let me just say they did an AMAZING job!! I have an 1800 sq ft house and they got there at 12:30 and finished right before 2pm. I contacted them via Yelp to schedule a deep cleaning service after the Thanksgiving holiday. I had family over and wanted to get my house back in order before the Christmas holiday. They were very responsive and luckily was able to accommodate my requested date. I appreciated the reminder a few days prior from Jannet since it was scheduled for a couple of weeks out. On the day of service, Jannet texted me with the arrival status as well. The ladies arrived and got right to work. Overall, they did a great job especially with the two areas I needed help with the most. Was it perfect? No, there were some missed spots but I didn't expect perfection being the first time. My house was clean and smelled wonderful. The final cost was close to the estimated quote they gave me and I think it was fair and standard. We have been using Marse Cleaning for a year now and absolutely love their service. We started off using them only once a month at first but life got hectic and we increased it to every other week. They are so flexible working with our schedule and always check to make sure the time/date still works for us the week they're scheduled to come out. We currently have them do a regular house cleaning but asked them to do a deep clean to start (probably about time to do that again TBH). We also hired them to perform a deep clean for a family member's home after my brother-in-law did some upgrades to their house and they were having a hard time getting around to cleaning it properly. Unfortunately, Jannet and Marse cleaning crew were 15 mins late and arrived with 5 people to clean a 1,900 sq ft house. I was quoted $120-$140 by Jannet on January 24th through Yelp and text message. Jannet R. Here is my price estimate: Price Estimate $120 - $140 After arriving at my home, Jannet raised the price to $200 per month, but she then decided to drop it to $150 per month after I told her it was too much and it wasn't what she originally quoted for a simple basic cleaning service. In my prior experience with a housekeeper, it required only two persons for a monthly charge of $160.00 for a 3,500 sq ft property, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable having five people in my home. I am a very busy person, took time off from work and I have no idea if Marse Cleaning would have done a great job based on deceptive quotes and tardiness for first appointment. Booked them to come at 2 for a deep clean. They showed up at 6. We had to call several times before they called us and told us they would be late. It threw off our entire day because we had planned for an afternoon cleaning and to have company that night. Because they were so late, the deep clean was rushed and didn't go a good job. The description of the dee clean was baseboards, outside and inside of cabinets, dusting EVERYTHING, etc. and they definitely did not do all of those things. I would not use them again. And FYI I booked them 2 months in advance for the date I chose, so it wasn't like I called last minute hoping I could fit them in. If someone books you months in advance at a certain time...it's probably for a reason. read more

The only complaint I have is that they run late most of the time when they arrive. They do a good job cleaning and they are fast. Vacuum dust mop clean bathroom kitchen change sheets. Windows are extra I did find out. read more

Filled out a survey with yelp and yelp was able to message to the surrounding area's maid services. Jannet was quick to reply, I believe within an hour at 9pm at night telling me she had availability the next day after noon. She gave me a quote. The next day she got to my house, after noon, about 3pm. I went ahead and told her the harder parts of the house would mainly be the master bath and oven. She sent me pictures when done and I was blown away. Bathroom almost new, it was nasty before she got there, I didn't know how well of a cleaning anyone could do so I was super surprised and happy with results; same for oven. She gave me the total, a little over the quote but I'm not mad about it because her and her team did such a great job cleaning my shower, I know I couldn't do it myself.
