Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. The crew of 3 arrived within the agreed upon window, which helped me tremendously with my schedule - as I was working from home. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU! read more

They did a great job. Timely with good communication. Would definitely use them again.

Completely transformed our house! Highly recommend! Will be using again in the future

I went with Marse to complete my move out clean. Let me just say they did an AMAZING job!! I have an 1800 sq ft house and they got there at 12:30 and finished right before 2pm. They allowed me time to check over their work with no rushing. Everything was perfect, they even got my oven looking brand new again! I was able to pay using Apple Pay. Love these ladies! Cannot recommend them enough!! read more

They did an excellent job cleaning the house and were very professional. Thanks for the prompt responses and great service!

I contacted them via Yelp to schedule a deep cleaning service after the Thanksgiving holiday. I had family over and wanted to get my house back in order before the Christmas holiday. They were very responsive and luckily was able to accommodate my requested date. I appreciated the reminder a few days prior from Jannet since it was scheduled for a couple of weeks out. On the day of service, Jannet texted me with the arrival status as well. The ladies arrived and got right to work. Overall, they did a great job especially with the two areas I needed help with the most. Was it perfect? No, there were some missed spots but I didn't expect perfection being the first time. My house was clean and smelled wonderful. The final cost was close to the estimated quote they gave me and I think it was fair and standard. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them! read more

We have been using Marse Cleaning for a year now and absolutely love their service. We started off using them only once a month at first but life got hectic and we increased it to every other week. They are so flexible working with our schedule and always check to make sure the time/date still works for us the week they're scheduled to come out. We currently have them do a regular house cleaning but asked them to do a deep clean to start (probably about time to do that again TBH). We also hired them to perform a deep clean for a family member's home after my brother-in-law did some upgrades to their house and they were having a hard time getting around to cleaning it properly. My BIL and his wife were very happy with the job Marse Cleaning did! The service they provide for the value is great. The ladies are great and respectful and leave a clean home every time. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning service! read more

Needed a total house cleaning before moving, and it was just too much to even consider while we were still packing. We lucked into Marse Cleaning with a Yelp search. Jannet was a great communicator. Clear expectations on pricing and time. The crew of three was super thorough and did a great job on my four bedroom home, and cleaned around all our moving chaos. I only wish I'd found her sooner...maybe they wouldn't have had so much work if I had done this all along! read more

HORRIBLE !!! I think they got rid of the 3 Guys that running it. They were so unorganized. They had family working for them and they treated their employee horrible. I was property Manager and their work for a joke. I hope they have changed things around read more

I am moving into my first home and needed it to be cleaned. I specifically asked what the move in cleaning would consist of and she texted me: Bedrooms clean windows inside clean ceiling fans dust/clean blinds clean baseboards clean doors vacuum / mop Kitchen clean cabinets inside and out polish appliances disinfect zing and hard surfaces sweep and mop clean refrigerator inside/out clean oven inside/out Clean baseboards, blinds, windows inside, ceiling fan and doors,Clean bathroom cabinets and kitchen outside NONE of this was done. I felt so cheated and used. I was so grateful that she arrived on Easter morning because she explained that she does not typically work Sundays. I left the home so she and her husband could clean and I could attend my nephews soccer game. I came home to what you seen in these pictures. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Marse Cleaning - Marse Business Card - Home Cleaning Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

They went above and beyond. Cleaned everything they said they would and the price was very good. I have nothing but positive things to say about them and will definitely be using them in the future read more

Great service, punctual, thorough, team did all that was asked in a timely manner. I recommend.

Unfortunately, Jannet and Marse cleaning crew were 15 mins late and arrived with 5 people to clean a 1,900 sq ft house. I was quoted $120-$140 by Jannet on January 24th through Yelp and text message. Jannet R. Here is my price estimate: Price Estimate $120 - $140 After arriving at my home, Jannet raised the price to $200 per month, but she then decided to drop it to $150 per month after I told her it was too much and it wasn't what she originally quoted for a simple basic cleaning service. In my prior experience with a housekeeper, it required only two persons for a monthly charge of $160.00 for a 3,500 sq ft property, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable having five people in my home. I am a very busy person, took time off from work and I have no idea if Marse Cleaning would have done a great job based on deceptive quotes and tardiness for first appointment. Next time I will ask more questions before agreeing for cleaning service in the area... read more

Awesome job! They showed up on time and did an extremely thorough clean. I would highly recommend!

Booked them to come at 2 for a deep clean. They showed up at 6. We had to call several times before they called us and told us they would be late. It threw off our entire day because we had planned for an afternoon cleaning and to have company that night. Because they were so late, the deep clean was rushed and didn't go a good job. The description of the dee clean was baseboards, outside and inside of cabinets, dusting EVERYTHING, etc. and they definitely did not do all of those things. I would not use them again. And FYI I booked them 2 months in advance for the date I chose, so it wasn't like I called last minute hoping I could fit them in. If someone books you months in advance at a certain time...it's probably for a reason. read more

The only complaint I have is that they run late most of the time when they arrive. They do a good job cleaning and they are fast. Vacuum dust mop clean bathroom kitchen change sheets. Windows are extra I did find out. read more

Highly recommend this crew for showing up when and where agreed, fair pricing and a thorough cleaning job.

I was pleased with the work they did. They worked in a timely manner, and did a good job. My husband has Alzheimer's, and can become very difficult to deal with, when new people are in our house. But there was no problems with the cleaning ladies.. The cost was in line with others that I've used. read more

Excellent services. The personnel were very prepared to perform the cleaning needed, Would consider using their services again. Friendly and customer considerate, I am retracting my 11/26/23 poor review since a follow-up was made and the services were very satisfactory. I estimate a misunderstanding of initial cleaning date cummunications, Cleaning of the window blinds, kitchen and micro wave was fantastic. read more

This service is fantastic! I was made an offer after posting a project here on yelp. There we 4 ladies present for my move out cleaning. They did an amazing job in just about no time. Really about a hour. I don't plan on moving soon but I will refer anyone I know that need help to them. Thank you! read more

Scheduled a cleaning with Marse for my two bedroom 1200 sq Ft apartment. Today was the first time I had used them. They are on time to the minute, and took about two hours cleaning my place. They charged a reasonable rate, and the place was absolutely spotless after. I truly felt that they went above and beyond! I was very happy and will definitely be using them again. read more

Tatiana was good. Janet was OK. The other young worker was not good at all. They would cancel cleaning very last minute which is not acceptable and also they don't respond right away. read more

They did a fabulous job on my house. It looked amazing for my Friendsgiving the next day.

Jannet came and did an amazing job. Our house is spotless. We will definitely be booking them again.

Filled out a survey with yelp and yelp was able to message to the surrounding area's maid services. Jannet was quick to reply, I believe within an hour at 9pm at night telling me she had availability the next day after noon. She gave me a quote. The next day she got to my house, after noon, about 3pm. I went ahead and told her the harder parts of the house would mainly be the master bath and oven. She sent me pictures when done and I was blown away. Bathroom almost new, it was nasty before she got there, I didn't know how well of a cleaning anyone could do so I was super surprised and happy with results; same for oven. She gave me the total, a little over the quote but I'm not mad about it because her and her team did such a great job cleaning my shower, I know I couldn't do it myself. Thanks Jannet and team. read more

I highly recommend Marse Cleaning Service. They show up when they say they will. And go above and beyond doing a super clean job. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!!! read more

Great response time and very friendly. She did a great job at cleaning my apartment. Would book again.

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY! The only thing worse than waking up at 6am on a Saturday morning is having a no show house cleaner. Booked her days ahead of time and she told me she would start at 8am. I waited until 8:20 to text and ask where she was and at 8:30 she texted back she would start at noon. I needed the house cleaned this weekend because it was going on MLS Monday. I had to clean the house myself. read more

Excellent cleaning service! I was in a bind & needed someone to efficiently clean our new home. Everything looks great!
