We used them for our recent move out clean, and they made sure to ask us to self clean the oven before our appointment so that the ladies wouldn't have to spend their allotted time scrubbing that out. Their pay is determined by the number of hours in which they clean, so we appreciated the courtesy. The end result was perfect, and our pictures for the sale listing came out wonderful. The ladies that came by were very thorough, we had a walk through of the house prior to cleaning, they asked questions, if I had any concerns and which areas they should concentrate on. While cleaning they noticed one of my windows were broken (it has been broken for a couple yrs) but they notified me right away. They did a great service, I haven't had a deep cleaning since I moved in like 10 yrs ago. They got underneath the couches and above the fridge, areas they have been collecting dust for years. I have kids and the place was not exactly super clean with toys and items around. Afterwards we did another walk around after the cleaning to go over the areas cleaned. I hired this company for a move out cleaning service and had a terrible experience. When I arrived…read moreto check the unit, I found that a kitchen drawer face had been completely ripped off and placed back to conceal the damage. No one notified me. After I contacted them about the damage, they claimed the drawer was "already broken" which is completely false. The drawer was fully intact prior to the service, and I have multiple witnesses that can confirm this. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the customer after being caught. I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. I would not trust this company and do not recommend their services. Pictures of damage are attached.
