Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days.
