And secondly it was for, as the reply from the vendor states correctly, a deep clean not a recurring cleaning every month so the comment I made about purposely inflating the cost and not wanting the work was a mistake on my part. As it turned out their quote was only $140 higher than the company we went with. Their monthly quote was about $150 higher than the company we went with. These differences most likely have to do with their fixed costs of doing the job to their standards. I apologize to Cotton Brothers for my mistake. I am revising the review rating to four stars but as you can see it still shows 5 stars. And here's why: They still lose a star for their higher prices in a competitive business.
