It was not my fault to use the size of trailer not able to fit everything. they use trailer to move, need extra trip to move from little elm to plano, and charge me extra to make extra trip. We agreed on the price all inclusive, they use trailer which not able to fit is not my fault, and charging me extra?seriously? I am just going to state the facts of my situation…read more A medical emergency made us have to move to a lower floor apartment with an elevator in the SAME apartment community ( literally across the parking lot) Last Year with the same movers it took 4 hours to move 7 miles so I figured this time if we are moving from one building to the next in the same community it should only take about 3-4 hours again. It took 7 hours to move my two bedroom apartment. Also after those 7 hours there was still a footboard, tv and a lot of other things that didn't get moved. I asked for a two bedroom sized truck however, The 16ft truck that they came in was so narrow there was no way to fit all my things, it was not the typical moving truck nor was it the same size as the last time but the price was increased. My husband, who just got out of the hospital called to ask why they left so much stuff after 7 hours and they told him they would come back right then to finish but They never came back. I am so disappointed in this company. I feel like I was taken advantage of: the new worker barely wanted to move anything, I have Knicks and scrapes on my walls in the new unit and old, a hole in my couch that I haven't even had for a year, and I had to spend another 2.5 hours moving things in my pick up truck after paying them $780 to move me across the parking lot. Great communication, quick with quotes and quick to make any adjustments according to our situation. Scheduling was smooth. We were working a very time sensitive situation. We had contractors scheduled and this company worked with us to pack AND move BOTH tenants out the same day when we had discussed it would be two separate days for each unit. They worked until late to be sure it was all done and moved into storage units. They came back to unload the storage units and unpacked everything. They were even good to schedule on separate days to accommodate both tenants schedules. We would definitely use them again in the event we needed to pack and move.
