I'm extremely satisfied with the communication & prompt scheduling. The employees that came for the pick up were very professional and took care not to bump the fence or gate with bulkier items. I needed help moving some old furniture out of the house to make way for my new couch. I truly cannot recommend this business enough. It was very easy to setup an appointment. I put a request in for a bid pretty late at night, around 9pm. Minutes later, Haul It Off Lopez responded and after some further discussion about details and pricing, the appointment was ready to be scheduled. They were open to any time, any day I needed which was really helpful to prepare for the new couch delivery (wouldn't want to throw out the old one too many days before!) I had rebuilt my deck and was going to haul the debris to the dump myself. A dump trailer was going to cost $200 after taxes, the dump fee would have been $100 to $150 so it would have cost me $300.00 to $350.00 to dispose of my deck debris to do it my self.
