I had a heavy fridge that I'm sure was hard to get in their truck but they did it and it's gone. They were so nice, friendly and professional. We just stood and talked for at least 15 minutes. Between the recent storms and home remodel we developed quite a pile. It was beyond anything that could be handled on your own, and the City did not pick it up. Out of desperation I searched online for someone to haul the large pile away. I called Anytime Trash Removal and Robert answered the phone!! So rare nowadays! Even better he was at the house in less than an hour. He gave me the price range over the phone so I knew what to expect. Robert and his partner quickly went to work and not only cleared the pile, but raked the yard. There was some broken glass and ceramic in the pile and even the smallest pieces were gone. Great and fast service. They came the very next morning that we called. Super friendly gentleman with a great work ethic!! They cleaned out our entire garage after a very large move in less than 40 mins. We will absolutely be using them again! Not sure who gave them a 1 star review but they are mistaken. Consumers beware! Do not use this company. They do not honor their price quotes. Was given a quote on the spot by one person for $25. He then, huddled in conversation with his partner and returned to say he misquoted the price. It would now cost $150, their minimum charge. He told me to book the appointment with the owner of the company and to let him know this price quote was approved this individual, who came to the house and assessed all the job requirements, which included removal of some cement. All of these requirements were discussed and fully disclosed with the employee of the company and was told all would be included in the $150 price quote. We also agreed they would not fill the hole left by the cement they removed. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted by a different employee, not the same person I dealt with before. He proceeded to say the original quote for $150 could not be honored and I was misquoted....once again. I could see the person I originally dealt with was hiding behind a couple of the guys who were there, obviously silenced by the man I was now dealing with and looking embarrassed by the whole predicament. I sent the crew away and called the owner, who confirmed $150 quote with me on the phone the week before. He went on to say he could not honor the price because he wasn't aware cement removal was involved, which it was disclosed ..not only with the owner on the phone the week before, but also with their employee who quoted the $150 and came to the house to assess the project. Their crew is shifty...and their business model is sketchy, to say the least. read more

I simply called to figure out what the process was to possibly have Anytime Trash Removal clear out an old office space. I encountered a very rude old gentleman on the phone who interrupted me 5 seconds into me talking telling me to hold & clicked the phone to hold, not even giving me an opportunity to register that he just told me to hold. Once he finally did come back, I mentioned about wanting to clear out an old office space of some leftover furniture & that I would be willing to send photos so they could asses it. He interrupted me speaking on this stating how they don't have time to go out & give estimates & started to explain the process. He stated that just pulling up the truck in the bed & loading things that are already outside started at $400. Now if they had to go inside to bring stuff out, that was going to be an additional cost. I explained the lot isn't that big so that price is a bit steep for what I am looking for. he then started to question how I thought it was steep & that any other place would be charging over $500. he then said "& you expect me to go out there & take our time to estimate what it is when it's not even that much?" & I said "sir I already stated earlier that I would be able to end an email with photos of all the furniture" & he replied with "well how is that going to help me ?" so I responded stating "well honestly at this point even if it was in my price range I still wouldn't go with you guys specifically bc of how you are talking to a potential customer right now" & he said "well I don't think I am talking to a potential customer if they're going to complain on how...." at this point I cut him off & stated "I am going to go ahead & hang up now & I do hope you don't talk to anyone else like this in the future" & he began to run his mouth off again as I started to hang up. wrong business to do that to.
