Please make sure to get a Secured and Approved time window for service to be rendered. I had to cancel because they could only send 2 cleaners, after 2pm, and I expected services to start by 10am. Small businesses get a lot of my patronage. I regret that I didn't get the service I wanted today. read more

Suzy was top-notch in a number of ways. She communicated promptly and well. Her team was professional and very competent. Her quote for a deep-cleaning of our very large home was fair. She was on-time, and completed the job when she promised. In sum, I would call her again. Thanks, Suzy! read more

Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic when she was done, thorough, detailed, and clearly done by someone who takes pride in their work. Susy was also incredibly personable and easy to have in my home, which matters just as much as the quality of the cleaning. Reliable, kind, and professional. If you're on the fence, don't be. I'll absolutely be using Susy Q Cleaning again and recommending her to others. read more

Disclaimer: never before have I hired a residential cleaning service, so I was a bit unsure what expectations were appropriate, and not sure if my modest concerns are appropriately gauged. Working through the Yelp texting feature may have contributed to some delays in communication, but in person, Susy and her team were very friendly and professional. The price for services rendered was pretty fair, if not exceedingly so. Job was well done, and I kept finding improvement surprises around the house. The only substantial concerns came from the two young men of the family who share a severely-neglected bathroom where several small items were thrown away as trash (and later retrieved from outdoor garbage can) which seemed to them (and somewhat myself) recognizable as viable items, such as a half-empty tube of hydrocortisone, and an ashy metal incense holder. Overall, I would recommend SusyQ's, as my house looks better and healthier after a deep clean, thank you very much. read more

Susy and her team did the best cleaning job that I've been hunting and searching for FOR YEARS. They were respectful, easy to get ahold of, and followed directions well. Susy is so sweet and understand how to care for your house as though it's her own. I highly recommend them! I'm so happy I found her. read more

Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home. They even leave little paper flowers on toilet paper and paper towels, they are amazing at the details! We found our person we will forever use. read more

Absolutely loved Susy and her crew. She did amazing and listens to what you need. My first time working with them and will not be the last. Hired them for a one time detail cleaning and will have them come out on a routine schedule now. Clean, fast, efficient and honest. Fair pricing. read more

Susy and her team are amazing! Easy appointment set up. Good price. Great communication. On time. Hired for a pre sale cleaning of a 3 bedroom house. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Suzy even went above and beyond to help with outside patio that is not usually included and got rid of calcium build up on bathroom countertops with some magic. I couldn't find anything that worked on those countertops. Thank you again and I plan to use this service in the future. read more

I emailed, she responded immediately and could have a crew on the job the next day. Wonderful service with a smile. Found a credit card I misplaced and handed right too me. Also had information on other chores I asked about. I felt comfortable having them in my home. read more

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. I've had others clean and was left disappointed. SuzyQ's team was phenomenal! Very thorough, very kind and quickly cleaned my 2 story house top to bottom and left it sparkling clean. I saw a comment that the wife almost cried after Suzy's cleaning - me too. It was refreshing to have her team make magic happen in my home. Don't delay, call Suzy today. read more

I really hate giving bad reviews :( I like supporting small businesses. But I walked away from the experience wondering what I paid for and it makes me sad. We just bought a house and I needed the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and it's a bit more than me and my bad back can handle. I saw the great reviews so I called Susy. First off, the positives: Susy was very nice. Her and her team were on time and very pleasant.initial communication was excellent. The sellers left us with a terrible oven filled with cook crusted food. Susy cleaned it up spotless. I'd never hired cleaners before so I just trusted it was all cleaned. I didn't inspect everything when they left which is my fault. It wasn't until I'm lining the cabinets and drawers to bring in all the kitchen stuff that I notice the problems. Many cabinets and drawers were still filthy inside (see pics). I saw her clean inside some cabinets so I just assumed they all got cleaned. I know the appointment was booked for 3 hrs but they were finished in 1.5 hrs. I assumed they just knocked it out fast which i just assumed was a good thing, but many kitchen cabinets and drawers were missed. I did text Susy and she apologized and asked me when I was going to be available so she could come back and fix it. Im free every afternoon but she told me "I will check calendar and give you a day" but that was the last I heard from her (that text was over a week ago). Needless to say I had to go through the entire kitchen cabinets and drawers and clean them myself. As I said I'd never hired a cleaner in my life before and after this experience I probably won't in the future. I just walked away from the whole thing wondering what I actually paid for and why was I not important enough to come back to fix. I'm not mad and I wish Susy all the best in her business but when services fall short they should be of the highest priority to fix. read more

When my cleaning person moved away I dreaded having to find someone new and was apprehensive about going with a service. I used the guide in Yelp was actually skeptical about the 5 star rating but since I got a quick reply and reasonable quote I decided to try. So glad I did. Absolutely the best, most efficient and thorough cleaning ever. I was so impressed with things being cleaned I hadn't thought of and maybe was a little embarrassed that they found things that had been overlooked by others including myself. Very friendly and able to get us booked on the schedule as needed for our next visit. I was not disappointed and so glad to have found them. The 5 star reviews I saw when searching were correct. read more

I cannot say enough good things about SuzyQ's cleaning. I reached out just a couple of weeks ago with a last minute deep cleaning request. Suzy responded to me within an hour, we talked through the request, and she set up an appointment. She and her crew just left and I don't think my home has ever been cleaner. I'm so impressed, so happy, so relieved, and can't wait to use her services regularly. Highly recommended. read more

Suzy just finished a deep clean on my house that is schedule to have pictures done tomorrow. I didn't even know my house could look like this!! She worked for nearly 8 hours by herself and made each room look gorgeous. She also staged my son's room for it to be viewed for sale. If we were not moving out of state I would hire her to clean our home regularly just because she does that waaaay better than me. I'll post pics after the photographer shares them later this week. read more

I paid Susy and her crew to clean an over 2000 sqft 2 story home which I had just bought. This home had been relatively well-kept but was quite dirty, smelled, and had plenty of nooks and crannies to clean. Susy and her crew did a FANTASTIC job doing everything I asked and more, the house looked brand new when I stepped back in and smelled so much better! My girlfriend now can step inside the house without recoiling in horror! Furthermore, Susy and crew were incredibly friendly and spent plenty of time walking around the house going over everything I wanted to do. They were very nice when I messed up and accidentally didn't have the power and water on the first day. They accommodated me without expressing any negativity and came back around the next possible day. Susy and her crew will work hard to do what you want to do, and they are incredibly fair with their pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a deep cleaning. Thanks so much for making my house a great place to live! read more

I'm so impressed how professional and cleaned. It was deep clean to start for my messy house... I will definitely go with her regularly! They are organized, fast, super clean, perfect team work. I'm very happy to meet Susy! I highly appreciated it. read more

I had Susy and her team upon move-in. Other cleaning company cleaned the house when the seller moved out and they cleaned visible areas only. So I wanted thorough and deep cleaning before placing furniture. Susy and her team took time and did not try to cut the corner. From my past experiences, some cleaning companies just send out their employees without onsite supervision and those employees do not necessaily care about customors satisfaction, especially when they are not paid well. Or others rush so customors have to point out what's missing multiple times, which is quite tiring. I did not like those cleaning companies. I highly recommend Susy and her team! read more

Susy and her crew are great! We hired them to do a deep clean of our home to start, and they did such an amazing job, we are having them to reoccurring maintenance cleans. Great company. Great communication. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We have been using Susy and her team for about 6 months now, and my house has never looked better. They are very thorough & clean things I would not even think to clean. Items are thoughtfully placed and taken care of, and the amount of joy I get the day they come is unmatched. I cannot reccomend Susy and her team enough! It has been the best investment for my husband & I to be able to spend more time together when we are not working. read more

Hired Susy to clean out apartment after moving out. She & her crew did a FANTASTIC JOB. Apartment was spotless, all the drawers wiped out. Our first experience with SusyQ was excellent! Susy and her team arrived at our home on time and came in and began to assess each room before getting started. Very professional. Their commitment to doing a 1st rate cleaning, was well noted. I was impressed with their teamwork that went above my expectations! My husband and I decided we would book them for monthly cleaning. It is just the two of us, so monthly works well for our needs. Susy asked questions about what specific cleaning needs we had. Her attention to detail, along, with her team was spot on! Looking forward to our monthly cleaning! Do not hesitate to book Suzy Q cleaning. I think you'll be very happy with the outcome. The team was very personable and easy-going. Side note: I also appreciate that they wore masks, as I had surgery pending and my doctor suggested for me to mask up, and for others to mask up around me. I have had other cleaners in the past, debate me over this request so I really appreciated their willingness to do so! read more

I am incredibly pleased with SusyQ's cleaning service and HIGHLY recommend them for any cleaning needs you may have. Susy and her crew arrived on time and were extremely professional. Susy arrived with the crew and was able to give me a quote on the spot. They are very reasonable priced compared to what I've paid for cleaning in the past and they did an outstanding job. We live in a neighborhood where there is a lot of construction going on and they even managed to get all the dust and dirt out of every nook and corner. The house smelled great when they were done, the floor was very clean and free of any residue (some cleaning services used dirty tools/products that leave a hazy film behind but Susy used cleaner straight from the bottle that left the floor looking perfect) and they even added some special touches such as folding the toilet paper in the bathroom in the shape of a beautiful flower. They worked very quickly (5 person crew) and were happy to accommodate some special requests I made. They were super kind to my little dog (who is still getting used to people coming in and out of our new home). We are extremely pleased with Susy's cleaning service for their attention to detail and outstanding professionalism in every area. We have already booked them to start come on a regular basis and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! read more
