We were referred to Bliss cleaning as an alternative, as we simply couldn't get our current cleaning company to return multiple phone calls to set a schedule and on 2 separate occasions... Well, I'm so glad that they didn't respond and we called Bliss and it was a world of difference. First they responded super quick, set a time and turned up on time, but most importantly, Rebecca, Savannah and Jennifer performed stellar work. They first asked questions as to what our requirements were and got to work for which we were very thankful! I highly recommend Bliss Cleaning to the point that we have set up a monthly cleaning schedule based on their first clean alone! Well done to this team. read more

Needed a last minute deep clean and went with Bit a Bliss. Excellent work! Had 2 lovely ladies ( Campbell and Mercedes) provide the work. What I really enjoyed, is that they listened and were able to prioritize their work in the amount of time they were there. Very pleased with the service. I won't hesitate to use this company again. read more

The crew showed up promptly on time and got straight to work. This was a deep clean so four showed up. They were very detailed and cleaned everything thoroughly, they were also very polite. At the end they had me look through the house and make sure everything looked good prior to leaving. I am very happy! read more

I've been using Bit A Bliss for a couple of years, and they do an amazing job! Tyler, Penny and Kaitlin are the team I am scheduled with. They are friendly, on time and very thorough. I definitely recommend giving them a try. I have used several other cleaning companies in the area, and Bit A Bliss is the best! read more

We recently purchased a home and needed a move-in clean to prepare our house as well as a move-out clean for the home we were renting. Rebecca & Stella did our move-in clean. They both arrived early and prepared for the job. They were friendly and courteous and went did a walk through before cleaning. They did a thorough job in cleaning the house from top to bottom including inside drawers and cupboards. They reviewed areas that had flaws they found while cleaning and even provided tips on cleaning our new floors! I was fortunate to have Rebecca and Stella on the move-out clean with the added bonus of Kaitlin! They left the house in amazing condition (even better than when we moved in!) . Again they reviewed the house after cleaning and left a checklist for the new tenants. Scheduling was easy and Scarlette reviewed costs associated with both cleanings while I was booking. She was easy to talk to and let me know about Bit A Bliss as a company. They do not contract out work and all employees vetted before coming on board. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with Bit A Bliss and will be using them for future needs! Highly recommended! read more

I have used Bit A Bliss regularly for several years now and have been very satisfied. I have appreciated how responsive they are to any modifications I've needed or issues that have come up. The teams are always on time, friendly, and come in knowing what to do. When I have found certain team members to be particular good fits, they attempt to match me with those team members. A nice part is that there is always a team available. It's been a good service for me. read more

In response to the company comments to my post: 1) The first cleaning the team was actually sent to the wrong address by the company, as that was confirmed to me over the phone and on the text she sent me while I was trying to assist them in finding my home. I even stayed on the phone with her while the team was trying to be redirected to my home. I also stood in my "alley access driveway" and placed a large planter in front of the garage door and texted that photo to them so the team could identify and find the home. I was told "by the team" when they arrived they had gone to the wrong address and given the wrong address by the company. (I have the text from the company that the wrong address was given to the team by the company) I never insinuated anyone was ill equipped to find my home. That never happened. They were given the wrong address by the company. 2) The first 2 cleanings were not a bad experience for them , as they returned a 3rd time. The first 2 cleanings had no issues, no one was ever spoken to rudely by me or anyone in my home. 3) The 3rd cleaning was a miss as I wrote in my review, due to that particular team member ignoring me when I was attempting to show her a different outlet to use. Again she never removed her earbuds so I assumed she could not hear me ... (there was no ranting or raving, no raised voices) When she walked away from me while I was still talking to her and really did flutter her lashes at me, (I realized then ...that she could hear me and was just being rude) and left me standing there while I was still talking to her, I asked her name ( she heard that) and I asked the team lead if I could speak with her so I could explain what had just occurred and that I would like that team member to leave my home as she was very rude to me in my home. The remaining team members all apologized for what had happened and they were as surprised as I was that they were all asked to leave by the company Due to one bad apple on the team. 4) And the full cleaning was not almost completed as the company responded in the review....the First team member arrived and then the others arrived about 20 minutes later. They were all here 45 minutes... total... including the time they pulled up in the car, unloaded, cleaned and then loaded and left. The cleaning for the 5000 sq ft home was not almost completed in 45 minutes as the company review is claiming. The comments from the company regarding my review were inaccurate and I have been falsely accused of something that did not happen. An apology from the company for the rude behavior on the part of the team member who was so very rude to me while working in my home was never addressed. Instead the company has accused me of things that just never happened. And the comment that the team members were mistreated in my home is also inaccurate and false. Had that been the case, the company would never had returned to my home a 2nd and 3rd time. read more

I started using this service when I was working full-time and in school full-time - they were a god send! Because they did so great while I was in school, I've continued their services even after I've graduated. They're great at keeping up with special requests/notes and my cats never seem too bothered by them. They keep a copy of my key so I don't have to be home when they come over - so nice to come home to a clean apartment! Some of my "special requests" are to not put my trash outside (we have valet in my complex, but it can only be out during a certain timeframe) - to leave closet doors open for my cats so the sneaky little suckers don't get locked in - to make my bed from sheets in the dryer (which they'll also put the sheets from the washer to the dryer to then make the bed before they leave - so amazing!) They also leave cute notes occasionally and a lot of times it's something silly about one of my cats! Great cleaning crew with an extra special human touch!! :) read more

Wow! We just had our first deep clean and my house looked so good I almost cried when I got home. I could spend all day cleaning and still not have it turn out as well. I can tell a lot of care went into cleaning our home. They even vacuumed our dog's bed! I appreciated the check list left on the counter itemizing everything they completed. The communication has been top notch with Bit A Bliss. I researched quite a few companies in the North Dallas area and Scarlette was the first to respond. On top of that, her company ended up having the best pricing as well. We have now signed up for biweekly cleaning based on the amazing service we have received so far. I can't wait to come home to a spotless house more often! read more

The team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our home after moving out. Every corner of our home was perfectly cleaned and the manager even came to personally inspect the job. Reasonably priced as well! Everyone we spoke to in the office was very friendly, professional, and organized. Highly recommend Bit a Bliss to all! read more

I contacted them for a "deep cleaning." I was recovering from a long lasting case of mono. Combine that with three kids and I had neglected the deep cleaning kind of stuff around the house. They sent out three women to my house. I requested a "green cleaning." The seemed uninformed of this (and it was listed on the website as an option) and they tried to talk me out of it, but I insisted and they agreed. I had all the kids and guests at the house, so I had them clean one room and then we all hid out in there until it was done. When they left, I realized they did not take the trash out, sweep or mop the kitchen or bathrooms. Upon closer inspection, I realized that that they did not do about half of the items on the list, wiping baseboards, kitchen cabinets etc. The kitchen counters had crumbs on it. The sinks in the kitchen and the bathrooms were dirty. I contacted the owner, who apologized and sent someone out the next day. I ran out to run an errand and came back to find that my house reeked of bleach. So no green cleaning. I asked the (very nice) woman to stop using bleach in my home, and she did, but the reason I wanted a green cleaning is because bleach and other chemicals are migraine triggers for me. The damage was done, I had a terrible migraine that night. Again, the woman was kind and she did a much better job that the people who came before, but it wasn't what I paid for. And it was a lot of money. $165. In the end, I never did get everything on the original list they sent me done and I would have rather paid a babysitter and cleaned it well myself. The owner did seem very kind and the woman she sent out the second time was super nice and did a good job with the time she had, but I did not get what I wanted out of the situation. read more

Bit A Bliss Cleaning - After their first "Deep clean" - Home Cleaning Near Me - Frisco, Texas

See all

I hired Bit A Bliss to clean my house for my youngest daughter's high school graduation party. I bought a Groupon and my expectations were low. That daughter is now a senior in college, I'm still using Bliss and my expectations have soared. In the three plus years I've been using them, I have had maybe five of their team members clean my home - that illustrates how well they are able to retain good talent. Not only do they do everything on their check list proficiently they are willing to do extras and sometimes at no additional cost. For instance, in my home I have two huge glass doors and when I asked Scarlette to clean those along with my other services, she said they would add that for no additional cost. That's no guarantee that you'll get the same deal! I take good care of their staff (tips) and I'm flexible with my scheduling. All this to say, I've been able to build and sustain a great relationship with Bliss - they know the importance of happy customers. Scarlette and Jennifer are always so accommodating and professional. The few times that I've had a concern, they have addressed it immediately. I trust their team explicitly and am very rarely home when they come. One time, I got a call from Jen that their team member had accidentally broken a glass and by the time I got home, the glass had been replaced. Recently, I forgot to put out a set of sheets and was amazed when I got home, that my favorite Bliss associate had folded the laundry in my dryer, transferred my sheets from the washer to the dryer, dried the sheets, and then placed them on the bed. Come on! That is an amazing service and it wildly exceeded all of my expectations. If you don't have someone cleaning your house regularly and you can afford to do that, you should definitely hire it done. I can't recommend Bliss highly enough to really do them justice. They are simply the best. Every other week, it's like coming home to a hotel - everything professionally clean. Thank you Bit of Bliss! read more

So happy that I found a reliable and personable cleaning service. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and has been so extremely helpful over the past few months. She sends out service reminders and her crew always shows up when they're scheduled and my place looks beautiful when they leave. I have a 70lb hound dog who's always home when the Bit of Bliss crew show up to do their thing and there are no problems whatsoever. I went through several services and am so glad that I found Bit of Bliss. My search is over and they have a client for life (or as long as I live in the DFW area). read more

We used A Bit of Bliss for a deep cleaning. They did a great job cleaning our house! Our biggest concern was our dogs being in the way. Our doggie daycare didn't work out at the last minute so my husband came home to make sure the dogs were outside when the workers came. Turns out, he was late and the ladies took care of the dogs perfectly. They let them outside and said the dogs were not a problem at all. That was a huge relief! They left a checklist of everything they did and they went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again! Also, Jennifer was great to work with. She responded to emails quickly and was very helpful. read more

Absolutely fantastic work Office staff was quick & easy to correspond with. Their team came to my home for a deep cleaning, and everything looked as good as I've ever seen it be or could hope for (and far, FAR better than I could have done myself). Highly appreciate the service. read more

I used Bit A Bliss for both a move in to my new home and a move out service from my old home. They did an outstanding job! They even pointed out little things that I didn't even notice (gum that they tried to remove from the carpet in one room). Beyond thorough! It's such a great feeling not having to worry about "cleaning" everything when you're moving. And a HUGE shout out to Jennifer. She not only followed up with texts and phone calls, but was so pleasant to work with. I had to change a couple of dates and she was so helpful and flexible. I will use Bit A Bliss again, and recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services! THANK YOU for all your hard work!!! read more

After the last experience with Bit A Bliss, the owner contacted me and was apologetic about the quality of service I had received. She scheduled to clean my place again for free. The second time around was much better! The place was really scrubbed clean. Everything was dusted, swept, mopped, polished, vacuumed etc. The people who came to clean were very professional. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the bed was made sloppily. The comforter was put on crooked and the blankets underneath were not smoothed out. Overall it was a very nice experience. I really appreciated the effort that was put into correcting what went wrong the first time. I would use Bit A Bliss again. read more

I've used Bit A Bliss for several years now and they are always on time and do a good job! The crews follow the Covid rules, which is a concern for everyone right now. I like how they show up in masks and ask if you have any Covid-related concerns. The crews are super friendly and are respectful of our work-at-home situation too. If there's ever an issue, it's immediately handled by the staff who are extremely responsive. The management team will do occasional "spot checks" as well. Besides being a client myself, I recommend Bit A Bliss to my clients. I know they will be in great hands! read more

Recently I used their services and this is my first time using a cleaning service. I relied on yelp reviews and surely I was very satisfied with their service. They did an amazing job and the place was spotless. A team of 3 women finished the job in under 2 hours. Special mention to Jennifer who is a thorough professional and a friendly person. From the time she replied with a quote to the day she checked in with me regarding the services rendered, she is a delight to work with. Will definitely use their services in future. read more

I hired Bit a Bliss to do a move out clean, and I was frankly embarrassed by the state of my house after all the furniture was gone--my cats shed profusely, and it had been years since I'd had a professional cleaning. It showed! The team didn't seem overwhelmed at all and made me feel better, which I so valued during the stress of the move. There was a team of two, and the first arrived while I was still madly packing. She graciously asked where she could start to stay out of my way and got right to work. I felt good leaving my house in her care. I went back to the house a few days later to get things out of the garage, and I was stunned by the cleanliness of the house. I honestly don't think it was that clean when we moved in! These ladies did an extraordinary job, and when we move back, I will certainly hire them again. read more

Cannot recommend highly enough. My house is SPARKLING clean after our schedule "deep clean" service!!! We sold our previous home very quickly and decided to rent for a year to give us some time, and I haven't been able to devote the time this space has needed to get it really, really clean. Plus, we have a hairy lab on top of the muck that comes with a century-old home. I am absolutely blown away. I have now signed up regular services (extremely reasonable cost). Amazing!!! read more

I had them come to my house just to do a deep clean since I have a dog, a puppy and a baby. I walked into my apartment with it looking better than how it did before I moved in... I have tried several housecleaning companies, and Bit A Bliss is by far the most reliable, comprehensive and affordable option. I have no complaints with the quality of cleaning, and Jennifer is organized, responsive and professional in coordinating services. Not only do they do a great job cleaning, but they are amazing with my pets - we have a (friendly, but large) mastiff, and one time she would not come to the door to come back in at the end of the cleaning. Jennifer was so concerned that when I didn't answer her call while at work, she was ready to drive to my house herself to check on the dog! The company goes above and beyond. read more

It is a hard decision having someone come into your home to clean -- some of us (we know who we are) like to "do it ourselves" -- but I will tell ya, the people at Bit a Bliss will clean your home the same way you would - with care, attention to detail and very through. Our house was a disaster - many places haven't been touched for quite some time. It was so enjoyable coming home from work to a beautifully cleaned house. My husband said the cleaning people were so kind -- even going over details about how/where to clean, learning our likes and dislikes - and even reviewing the cleaning supplies we use!! Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need, when we couldn't manage to get to clean it ourselves -- but now we want you to return and clean on a regular basis. :) read more

This company is great. I can't say enough good things about them. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous to my children and dogs. They did a very thorough deep cleaning and utilized 3 people to do the job in an efficient manner. The office manager at the branch is a delight to speak to. They delivered everything that was promised to me. The chemicals were green and they asked me if it was cool to use other non green chemicals to which I said yes.
