Why? If there is one room that needs to be done quickly so that you are least interrupted in your day, that is the first one we want to focus on. What a lovely cleaning strategy. Crew of three immediately got to work. Quick. Efficient. Detailed. My home has been through a recent remodel, extra fluffy visiting pets and multiple family gatherings in the previous many months had created quite a few dust bunnies et al to discover which the crew did in spades. Miracle Cleaning was by far the best priced out of other companies charging at least double (contacted 4), so I was willing to overlook a few things which others may consider issues: 1) when scheduling an appointment, understand that it is meant to be a window of time. Even though we were the first appointment, they arrived 50 minutes after the start time but completed it within that window of time. Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up). Knowing all these nuances now, we would definitely use them again!

He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway.
