Companies like Molly Maid include oven cleaning for a fraction of the price. After I complained, customer service called me, supposedly to address the issue. Instead of offering a meaningful resolution, they simply said they would "coach" the cleaning staff and gave me an empty apology. After spending nearly $1,000, I expected them to make things right--not waste more of my time. For the price they charge, the quality and customer service are simply unacceptable.
