They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

The ceiling fans were still covered in dust, the baseboards were never wiped down, and they mopped the floors without sweeping first, which just spread dirt around. Companies like Molly Maid include oven cleaning for a fraction of the price. After I complained, customer service called me, supposedly to address the issue. Instead of offering a meaningful resolution, they simply said they would "coach" the cleaning staff and gave me an empty apology. After spending nearly $1,000, I expected them to make things right--not waste more of my time. For the price they charge, the quality and customer service are simply unacceptable. I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. Before their arrival, I called in the morning to request a 30-minute heads-up, as both my husband and I work from home. The last time they came, they forgot to notify us, so I wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. However, once again, they failed to inform us before arriving. When they showed up, I mentioned that I needed to quickly dry the master bedroom sheets, since they hadn't given me the advance notice I had requested. They assured me it was no problem as the sheets would be dry well before they finished. Two cleaners arrived, and we immediately recognized one from a previous company we had stopped using due to poor service. They spent about two hours cleaning while I worked in my office. When I noticed they were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the sheets from the dryer for them, but when I came out of the laundry room, they were already gone--without saying goodbye or asking if I was satisfied with the work. This was the second time they had left without attempting making the master bedroom bed. I called the scheduling manager to report the issue. She was polite and asked me to email pictures of the problem areas. She also offered to send the cleaners back, which I appreciated. However, a follow-up phone call to ensure the problem was fully resolved would have been a nice touch, especially to prevent this from happening again. As I inspected their work, I was really disappointed. Our house is pretty clean but they missed several areas: the backsplash behind the stove wasn't wiped down, the front of the dishwasher still had visible smudges and water spots, and they didn't move a few small items on our coffee bar to clean underneath, which when I moved them, you can see rings on the countertop (see pictures), pet hair and dust under the kitchen counters, and didn't use any wood cleaner or wipe down the bedroom furniture. They even made the guest bed with the comforter upside down. Not a huge deal, but shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, they didn't dust the bookshelves or wipe down my desk in the office. By the time the cleaners were sent back, I had already cleaned most of the missed areas myself, so they only came back to make the bed. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service.
