Hired to clean house after moving out. Took realtor word house was clean so we didn't go back for several months. When we did go back, saw they did a horrible job of cleaning an empty house. They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. I called on a Sunday for next day deep cleaning and they were able to get me in. Although my cleaner, micki, was 40 minutes late, she did a good job. David also stopped by to help and check in. They both apologized for being late-I just would've appreciated communication that she would be late because of traffic instead of me calling to ask. Absolute worst cleaning service ever. I used them once and never avian the employees did not work and I still got billed for the work I had to clean up after the cleaners and this really upsets me. I spoke with David and he was not willing to work with me. Also David made a comment to me about not paying the employees for something they did on another job this causes upset and they defiantly let it reflect in their work. Also Dave double charged my credit card and it took him three weeks to make him the refund and it wasn't even for the full amount so I had to get another one two more weeks later. read more

After my horrible experience with another cleaning company i was hesitant to hire someone without a reference but Wicky clean proved me wrong. Well.......... I have to say for the kind of cleaning I had it was just ok for me. I believe my standards are way too high and most of the cleaning services I have used don't have good enough employees to really put in work. What I liked about Wicky Clean was that if I asked them to clean something while they were here they were more than accommodating and didn't look at me crazy but ONLY one of the two girls actually did a good job (although I paid tip to the both of them of course). One of the girls literally could not move fast enough and she was complaining how she didn't get enough sleep the night before, etc. Like why would you say that in front of your customer?! I paid a good amount for the one bedroom apartment and I expected nothing less than stellar work. General cleaning runs about 90-100 bucks for a one bedroom and that just seems ridiculous for the quality of work. read more

I scheduled a move out cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I called and left a message and never received a return call. I did try again and reached someone and talked in detail about the work I wanted done. I realize that my standards are very high but I felt assured that I'd get the service I asked for after pointing out several details that I'd be looking for upon completion of the work. I was also offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have been preparing to put my home on the market and this was the final step. I went to look at my home after the cleaning and initially, I was somewhat satisfied. I noticed a few things here and there and I contacted the owner by text to explain what I wasn't happy with. She offered to have someone come and complete the work, but since I'm not available to be there to make sure the work is done properly, I declined. I returned this weekend to show the house to prospective buyers and did a more thorough inspection. Many of the detailed cleaning tasks that I had requested were simply overlooked. I was told that all cabinets would be wiped down and all drawers would be wiped out. I found drips and dust on all cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and it was evident they did not even get wiped. Also, I asked for the panels on all the doors to be wiped down and tops of doors and frames be dusted. This was not done. I was told that the vents would be cleaned. This was not done. I then contacted the service again because I paid around $300 for an empty, 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse to be deep cleaned and I thought it would be fair to ask for a partial refund. I was told "no" since I had already been offered a re-do and was offered a discount on my next service. Needless to say, I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone. In my opinion, a 100% satisfaction guarantee means you do what you can to make your customer happy (of course, within reason). read more
