Arrived within window committed, were friendly, cleaned the apartment very well, even carpet shampoo. I was driving to and from our new home 50 miles away and they had no issue cleaning and collecting payment after they wrapped up over the phone. Highly recommend! read more

We contracted with My Maid Day to clean our property after a move with its parent company AB Moving. The cleaning crew did not show up on the agreed upon day, and we only found out when we called after they missed their arrival window. We were then guaranteed an 8 am start time the following day. Another no-show. Spoke to 6 different individuals over the course of 3 hours. No one took responsibility, and the cleaning crew never showed up. Poor communication, only added frustration and stress to an already difficult time. read more

Complete ripoff. Changed for a deep clean and all they did was vacuum the floors. Unprofessional and no communication after they left.

I used their maid service. On time and excellent service. Very efficient.Would definitely use again

Excellent customer service, High quality of work, very friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone.

Staff were excellent, professional, and on time. We are putting our home for sale and they did a deep cleaning including, oven, refrigerator, floors, windows, everything is clean. Very reasonable for the job completed. Thank you!!!! read more

Alicia, Mira and I can't recall the last lady's name were wonderful. They cleaned our rental property that had some updates to it, but had not been lived in for a year. The ladies did a wonderful job, no dust could be found anywhere. I was glad to have them come with only a week's notice. Will definitely use again for a deep clean or move out clean. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny. read more

I requested cleaning services. I had used this company three times earlier and everything went well. Today was different. The cleaner was supposed to arrive between 8-10 am. They called at 9:45 and said they would be here in 30 minutes. They arrived an hour later. They walked around the apartment and left. I talked to their manager around 11:30. He said he would call me right back. He never did. W called them about two hors later. They told me they could send someone tomorrow. I had received good service from them in the past, but I will NEVER call them again read more

booked them and gave them square footage and bedrooms/living room/bathroom count for the day we were moving out. 3 women came and didn't speak English - someone that doesn't work for the company called me translating saying it would be 6.5 hours to mop/vacuum/clean bathrooms... we have 1 cleaning lady that comes every other week it takes her 3 hours max and she charges $100 our original quote for 2.5 (they say 2.5 minimum) for $350+ then I said too expensive they gave me $30 off then 10% off so clearly their upfront rates are inflated. after the women just left without saying anything I got a call saying they won't be able to clean and they're sorry but the ladies had a different job. how can you quote me 6.5 hours then have a job? terrible customer service + so unprofessional. left us hanging the day we moved out and got us fined with our landlord. wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

We waited over 2 hrs for them to show up even after a confirmation call that they would be here in 45min. We walked them through the house , they accepted the job and had me sign the contract and pay all for them to leave without doing a single thing and refusing to say why they left. Got a call after 2 hrs for them to say the job was cancelled. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do Not Use This Company. I couldn't give them zero stars read more

My Maid Day - Home Cleaning Near Me - Plano, Texas

I have nothing but praise for My Maid Day... From requesting a quote to hiring them, they were friendly, respectful, transparent, patient, helpful, great communication, just overall a wonderful experience. The person sent to my apartment did a phenomenal job, my unit looked cleaner moving out (thanks to My Maid Day) than it did when I moved in. The woman that cleaned my place was wonderful. She was on time, incredibly friendly, great communication, and went above and beyond with the small details such as my blinds, inside my drawers, my fridge/freezer, etc. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for a cleaning service use them, whether it's a move in/ move out, a deep clean, a periodic clean, anything cleaning service related. I'll be referring them to my friends and family, and I'll be sure to use them again on my next move. They're awesome!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! They overcharge. Charged me double the estimate. Didn't clean the appliances as promised. When I tried to contact them regarding this they repeatedly told me somebody would call me back. Finally after 3 weeks, leaving several voicemails and sending 4 emails I still have not heard back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Terribly unprofessional. Bad company. read more

After booking with them for a move out clean PLUS the extra carpet cleaning portion, I can confidently say that I would never recommend this company. The guys showed up to clean - no professional equipment. All just equipment they purchased themselves, I assume. They were friendly and I had no problems with them, but there was no carpet cleaner in sight. I asked about it - they informed me that there was no carpet cleaning included. I called My Maid Day, and their resolution for their mistake was to send someone else today - but ALSO that meant I had to pay another hourly minimum when it should have been included in my service yesterday. Had it been my own error, that's one thing. But this was very clearly an error on My Maid Day's end. Today, I get a text confirming the cleaning. I responded to ensure it was for the carpet cleaning only. The response I received was "it's not a professional cleaner, it's a Walmart one." Wow... and yet I'm paying even more than I would a professional carpet cleaning company! In the future, I will absolutely be booking with a professional company. Not My Maid Day. read more

The cleaners did a good job, the house had two prong outlets and the carpet cleaner needed a 3 prong. I had to leave what I was doing and take an adapter to them. I gave it to them to keep for future reference, but feel that should already have been in their possession. Also hard to know how much that wait added on to my total bill. All in all I would recommend this is my second time using them. read more

I'm currently requesting a full refund for the terrible service. TLDR of it is my wife and I wanted a clean home for our newborn. He's coming in 4 days. Hired two maids to clean the house for his arrival. I told them I wanted two maids for about three hours, for a total of six labor hours. 600 bucks and 6 hours (12 labor hours) later they had barely touched the downstairs and did a bad job upstairs. Bathroom wasn't cleaned behind the toilet, trash bag left on the floor and all sorts of other areas missed. I have the pics to back it up which I submitted. They were working in the same room together for most of the time and showed no sense of urgency. My wife and I can completely clean our entire house in less than four hours. As of 06/02, they have not called me back to discuss the claim, they only sent an email acknowledging receipt of the pictures. Thanks to My Maid Day, we are out over $600 (that's a lot of groceries) and still have to clean the house for the arrival of our newborn. read more

I can not express how beautiful and how clean my house is and feels! My Maid Day is so much more than services I have and I've used several maid services. 2 people were sent out to my home, they were on time, and did a walk threw with me as I explained what was most important to me. Like most , my bathrooms the kitchen and the dusting! The bathrooms were scrubbed and the light fixtures were dusted even the light bulbs! My kitchen was cleaned so well, and the floor cleaned and coffee stains scrubbed up and my refrigerator shine like new! My electronic were dusted and not one of them were unplugged and nothing was broken! My Maid Day is now the Maid service I will use when I am over whelmed with trying to keep house and daily activity's of laundry ,cooking, Daily errands, shopping for food, and if you work out side the house, been there done that ! ( however I'm retired now) None the less I still get over whelmed with daily activities ! You owe it to your self to call My Maid Day! When you have a clean house, your stress level goes down. I've used My Maid Day for my last 2 move-out cleans. Reasonably priced and reliable service. I waited until the last minute to schedule both times, thinking I would be feeling up to cleaning myself after moving (lol). They were very accommodating and able to schedule me ASAP. The first time I used them, my studio hadn't had a professional cleaning in almost 3 years and the lady had it spotless in 2 hours. Kitchen, cabinets, bathroom, everything. I had forgotten some stuff in a drawer when I moved and she even bagged it up for me. I moved again recently and had another positive experience. It took longer than expected, so it cost a little more, but she cleaned the carpets and even took the time to tape my broken blinds that my dog damaged back together so I would not be charged by my complex. I will definitely use this service again. read more

The house was clean except they did not dust my bedroom Or living room end table. For $400 I would think this would not be an oversight. They broke a decorative piece but immediately told me and was apologetic. I called about the dusting not being done and was told someone would call me back. I never got a return call. read more

I'm so happy with the results. The lady I messaged for a quote immediately responded and was super friendly and sounded very professional. I spent a long time researching different cleaning services for my new apartment, requesting quotes from many many different cleaning services and making an entire spreadsheet with prices. I found My Maid Day to have a very reasonable price compared to all my research (I needed an move in cleaning [$150] and carpet cleaning[$50] but there was 20% discount for the services) and professional attitude. The move in cleaning included cleaning the fridge, microwave, and stove, which was something I noticed a lot of places charged extra for. Overall, super happy with this service and will be recommending to my friend who is interested in hiring a cleaning service for their rental properties! read more

DO NOT USE "My Maid Day!" They made us alright -- made our day horrible‼ We requested My Maid Day for Saturday January 20, 2024 for a make-ready home with no furniture and minimal things to trash. We requested cleaning for 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home. I must emphasize that WE COMMUNICATED Precisely to Ester, (who took our order) that this would be AN EASY JOB because the oven was already clean, bathrooms were clean etc., but needed to be deep-cleaned. We requested to have the carpet cleaned in 2 of the bedroom. $110 dollars and hour and $50 for the carpet cleaning for both rooms. A two hour minimum was required. 2 ladies arrived, they acted very surprised that it was a house, 1796 square feet. There was definitely a language barrier. One of the ladies was on a cell phone and handed the phone to me. A man I spoke to said, he thought it was an apartment! I told him that I gave ver EXPLICIT details so what is going on⁉ He was very rude & belligerent! He said it would take 8 hours, and there was no guarantee! Needless to say, we declined their service! Thank God we prayed before we left the house! We later found someone to do everything requested for a $300 flat rate! They did such a good job, we gave an extra $100 bucks for the tip! Do not be deceived by this company because they sounded nice while making the appointment! It was theatrics --- they have done this before‼ read more

Mariah and her team have been cleaning our house for over a year now. We actually moved across town a few months ago and were able to transfer our service and cleaners over to the new house, which I appreciated. They've even formed relationships with my pets, which I like because I know they're not having to deal with new strangers coming to the house all the time with scary vacuums, it's always their friend Mariah coming to visit with the same scary vacuum read more

Called for estimate and the special they have on Yelp needs to be more specific. They told me it was only for move outs? I was excited to try them but I'll be going with someone else. My wife  was quoted a price of $160 for a TWO HOUR deep clean. The crew did a  half-ass job and took advantage of my wife, who has a disability. The lazy, INEPT work crew stayed for only 45 minutes and once they realized my wife could not inspect their work thoroughly, they promptly left.  We are still waiting for the promised return appointment to finish the work that was not completed.  I strongly advise everyone to void this company !! The "professional cleaners" are anything but professional. How dare this company take advantage of someone in a wheelchair and not do the work they were being paid to perform????  I will make it my goal to spread the news on social media that this business is dishonest. They terrified my wife by sending more people than she expected and by banging on the door repeatedly and peeping in the windows!! My wife can barely walk without assistance. Don't these people have any consideration at all?   -- My Maid Day owes my wife an apology immediately!!!! Please come out and finish the job you were being paid to do. read more

We used My Maid Day for the 1st time a few weeks ago. First they called to tell me they were 30 minutes out, which I greatly appreciated. They arrived on time, were very nice & professional. My kids were @ the house while they were there & they said that they were very friendly the entire time. The house looked amazing. They did a wonderful job. I seriously walked into my bathroom & had this "AWE MOMENT". Will most definitely have them return in the near future. read more

They did a great job of cleaning our home. Everything was done as we had asked and they arrived at the beginning of the approximate time scheduled. Just as an FYI to future customers, they do have a 2.5 hr minimum. So be prepared for that if you have a small house like we do. They were done the job within 2 hours and we had to pay the additional 30 minutes. On a separate note, after the service was complete, I was contacted about 5 or 6 times about leaving them a review. I normally leave reviews anyways, but it was a bit much for me. read more

Very responsive at first, then it goes down hill from there. They showed up outside of their schedules time then said they could perform the service. Then reschedule and confirm time and date. They call back minutes later to tell me that they can't do that time. Save yourself the headache, go with a more reputable service. These folks are the worst. read more

Kristi- Your response speaks to another issue with your process: I called for the service and gave MY name and contact information for confirmation and any other communication. There was no reason to contact Lori just because she had hired you before. This was a new request by a different person. I made more than one call to the company and was very clear that I was not only making the reservation but paying for it too when we talked about the cost. So there was no need to contact anyone else for any reason. Of course I got a discount. Your company messed up and did what was right. And yes, the ladies were nice and did a good job, as expected. Instead of trying to check me, check your system of doing business. That would help eliminate poor Yelp reviews. read more

What a great company! I called after dealing with a stressful move and a tight deadline for cleaning the house at our move out date. We originally planned to clean ourselves, but were so exhausted and overwhelmed with moving, we decided to call in some help at the last minute. The person I spoke to on the phone moved mountains and got me on their schedule very fast (and very reasonably priced). The crew worked quickly and efficiently. I had no idea how dirty things were until I saw how great it looked after. Kitchen and oven/stove was spotless. Drawers were all cleaned and bathrooms were perfect! I will absolutely use this company again. read more

I have used my maid day twice now. I was introduced to them through my movers (AB Movers). I had hired a company to do A move out cleaning of my old apartment. The other company failed miserably, so I tried my maid day. They were awesome! Did a great job and I was able to get my full deposit back from my apartment. I also use them a second time for fall cleaning of my new apartment. Again an awesome job. Both times they sent Maria and I cannot complement her enough for the great job that she did. I highly recommend asking for Maria when you schedule an appointment. She quickly and efficiently removed stains that the previous cleaning company said could not be cleaned. I will always ask for Maria when I use their services. Also I have used AB Movers Five times and they always do an amazing job moving me. read more

My maid day was unprofessional and did not provide great customer service. I hired them for a move out clean of my one bedroom apartment. They finished it in 2 hours & when I returned the did not clean inside/outside of cabinets, drawers, or the dishwasher. In their move-out clean service it states these items will be cleaned. When I notified my maid day and sent pictures. They did send the maid service back however I had to go back to the apartment & monitor as they cleaned. Even as a I monitored the service was unprofessional. One person stated "oh you want me to clean the inside of the drawer?" Also they used my vacuum because they said "there's suck." I had to then unpack my vacuum. I do not recommend the service and thought the customer service was very poor. I requested a refund and was told only 20%. I still have yet to get a reply back to or refund. I have yet to be contacted still about a 20% refund read more
