I used Finest Cleaning Service for the move-out cleaning on my home that I was selling. I'd already left the state by the time they came, so I had to coordinate remotely and have my realtor be the 'enforcer' to make sure everything was done well, but I did get pictures. I guess I will start with the negatives. They are not a bargain brand by any stretch of the imagination. ( I didn't choose them based on price, and frankly they were the highest bid that I got. However, I chose them because they could do steam cleaning service as well as the regular cleaning, no one else could do that, plus they are licensed, bonded, insured which was required for my realtor to leave a combo lock for the cleaners to use. ) The main other negative was that they forgot to clean the oven on the first pass, my realtor noticed and the team came back the next morning to catch that miss. On the neutrals side - it turns out that if you have cats that barf under your bed for several years, you can't "just" have a steam cleaning; they have to do some kind of neutralization treatment first to avoid stinking up your house when they steam clean. Which costs a couple hundred extra dollars. Eek. Honestly, I have no idea whether cat barf really requires this, or only cat pee would, or whether it's all fiction - but in the situation I was in, I didn't really have much choice or time to research this myself.. I had to just authorize the extra charges. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually the right thing to do, but I recommend that you do your own research first if you're in a similar situation with bulimic cats and a bed too big to get under on your own. Now, onto the good things. They are EXCELLENT with respect to communication. Caio is extremely responsive, clear, and detail oriented. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy, they have a well-built portal you can book through. They are flexible as far as payment methods, there is a surcharge for credit card, but being able to accept them is a big plus as I didn't want to leave a check when I was no longer in the state. Aside from the minor hiccups described above, they did a great job cleaning the house. When the job was done it was spic and span based on the pics and my realtor's checkup. They are very professional and reliable. So all in all, I do absolutely recommend them if you're someone who wants a hassle-free experience and is willing to pay bit extra to get it. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my life. Their price for a deep clean was almost twice what I'd paid elsewhere, and didn't even include all deep clean items such as baseboards. Their staff destroyed several items in my home and didn't even apologize for it much less replace them. They also took my card on file at the time of booking which I didn't mind, that's typical for cleaning services. The issue is that I assumed they charged that card for the services rendered... until several days later I get all these messages and phone calls about payment. I told them to charge my card on file and they flat out refused to do so. They insisted I pay an invoice, but I was busy at work and didn't have time to do so. Then they showed up at my home trying to collect payment despite me telling them repeatedly that I was at work and nobody would be home. The owner and her boyfriend called me from multiple phone numbers, THREATENED ME with the police but continued to refuse charging my card on file. They tried to say my card was "blocked" which I know was not true. When I was done working I paid their ridiculous invoice, only to find that they DID in fact CHARGE MY CARD ON FILE!! I literally paid for the clean TWICE because they refused to charge my card, insisted I pay an invoice instead, threatened me to pay their invoice, and then charged my card anyway. And the worst part? The owner and her boyfriend BLOCKED ME as soon as they took my double payment. They said to "talk to the office manager" who also completely ignored me. I had to dispute the extra charge through my bank to get my money back. I'm a business owner myself and I would never in the worst situation think of treating a client this way. I cannot suggest anyone to use this shady company that overcharges, under-delivers, and literally threatens clients. Stay far away from these folks! read more

I was visiting family in Frisco and although they had attempted to tidy up during my short visit, there was dirt everywhere and I am highly allergic to dust particles. I needed a cleaning service to come immediately and Finest Cleaners answered my call. They arrived promptly, I explained the areas for them to concentrate on the most, then left the home so they could do their jobs. When we returned 3 hours later and opened the door all of out mouths dropped open in amazement. It was a total transformation. My family could see the difference in a tidy place and a clean place including ceiling fans and counter tops. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I requested a deep cleaning and the job was basic. There were a few spots missed like grubby light switches and dirt on topof doorways, dirt along the baseboards, none of them hidden, dirt and grime visual. I would definitely hire them again IF they moved to my town in Florida. read more

Great experience with Finest Cleaning Services. They were quick to respond, when I need a quick service for an event. They rearranged schedules to accommodate me on short notice and, of course, did a wonderful job with the cleaning. Everything we asked and needed. The team asked us questions to ensure they got everything we wanted. Just an all around great experience and I highly recommend them. We will be using them again soon. Did I mention we have 2 dogs that shed like crazy? They got all that too! read more

My family recently purchased a home in Tx. We wanted to have a move in clean before all our stuff arrived. I called 4 different cleaning crews and NOT a single one responded. I found Finest Cleaning Service online and first they had an impressive website that clearly lists out exactly the services (with price) available. Then I was able to book an appointment on their website directly. Almost immediately, someone reached out to confirm the appointment time. I had to leave some instructions about our appointment and they were able to coordinate it all with me with professionalism, courtesy, respect and so so on time. The level of communication offered was just out of the world first class! I was also very impressed with the service received. My home was very well taken care of and the clean comprehensive. they didn't cut corners when doing the move in clean. They noticed a few dings around the house and were kind enough to take pictures and send them to me so i was aware that they existed (and that the cleaning crew didn't cause it). I wasn't charged until AFTER the cleaning crew had completed the service and left. The owner is super considerate and after I had moved in, even texted me to check in on me and make sure that I was moved in alright. Once I get more of these boxes out of the way, I will definitely have them back to do a clean again. Great people, great service. If you need a cleaning crew you can trust to take care of your home/ office/ whatever space you need cleaned--look no further, give the Finest Cleaning Services crew a call--or easier yet, get on their website and schedule your clean. Best advice I received when I was younger--you don't have to do everything. Sometimes, it's more cost effective and efficient to outsource the things you don't have time or don't want to do. This is definitely a good partner to outsource to. read more

Very quick response and fast cleaning! Good communication and very kind. Flexible payment options and fairly priced.

Customer service was amazing! Their team stayed in contact with me from when I booked the service to when they finished the service. Their team came and completed our deep clean quickly and efficiently. They made sure to ask me to walk through the home to make sure it was to my liking before they left. We will be using them recurrently in the future! read more

They just did the move in package to my house and they did an amazing job. They made it look like a brand new house. Would recommend!

We recently had our light colored berba type carpets cleaned. We had multiple pet stains which we were told would likely not come out. Unfortunately those areas are worse than before. Though they came out multiple Times to try and correct we have bands of yellow all along the perimeter of our hallways, most of which did not have pet stains to start with. I have subsequently had the carpets evaluated independently by a master cleaner who has determined that the wrong method was used to clean the carpet and that the damage is irreversible. Though Ciao compensated us for a quarter of the cost of the cleaning, this is of little value considering the unfortunate situation we are now dealing with. I'm sure they do fine cleaning basic carpet but if you have any speciality or difficult carpet issues I would go elsewhere. read more

I was in a time crunch & needed my home to be deep cleaned, Caio responded to my inquiry immediately & was able to accommodate my urgent request. read more

Many aspects of the cleaning service were handled well but they required "deep cleaning service" as it was our first time using them. The cost was almost $300 for a 1,550 sq. ft. home. The work was done well but it did not seem to include anything beyond a basic cleaning. They were 3 people here for just over an hour. For us it was not a good value. read more

We had the same issue with this cleaning service that we've had with others, and its unfortunate. At the beginning of the service, they did a great job. But as the months went on, they started rushing and doing a very shoddy job. We are very neat people, and they abused that by cutting corners, as if we wouldn't notice. The straw that broke the camel's back was when, according to my Ring, they spent less than 1 hr 15 minutes cleaning a home that usually takes at least 2 hours. When we checked their work, they had missed an entire bath tub and shower (only cleaned the toilet), didn't take out the garbage, and a host of other misses. Very frustrating! read more

Needed general house cleaning. 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Awesome job and for a very competitive price!

Great job by Renee & Fernanda. Very thorough and no rush. Looks like they want to clean my house right the first time. Price is very reasonable and their cleaning process is very professional. I will use them again. Donald Segerstrom McKinney, Texas read more

Very responsive. High pricing, but the difference in quality of service from as early as the inquiry stage to completion of cleaning somewhat justified the expense. Was able to get a next day appointment for a deep cleaning. They communicated they would be delayed and included some of my requested add-ons at no charge to compensate for the later start time. The crew was very polite, thorough and professional. They accept payment via zelle or card. Would definitely book with them again. read more

Caio, Renee and their entire staff were amazing! From scheduling, to communication, and the actual cleaning services - we were thoroughly impressed throughout our entire experience. Our home looks wonderful and very clean after moving out! I was especially impressed with everyone's friendliness. The staff went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend Finest Cleaning Services. Thank you! read more

Fernanda and Rene are terrific. They arrive on time, with all of their supplies and equipment in tow, and they get to work quickly. A few hours later, my apartment looks, feels and smells "move-in ready" - baseboards have been dusted, every surface wiped, and the floors have been vacuumed, swept and mopped. They even empty the toaster crumbs! The price is fair and reasonable, especially given the exceptional service they provide. I will confess to being someone who always felt like having someone come clean my apartment was an extravagance but no longer, Fernanda and Rene have become a monthly gift I give myself. read more
