The only substantial concerns came from the two young men of the family who share a severely-neglected bathroom where several small items were thrown away as trash (and later retrieved from outdoor garbage can) which seemed to them (and somewhat myself) recognizable as viable items, such as a half-empty tube of hydrocortisone, and an ashy metal incense holder.
