I have been using B&B Maids for a few months. This month they scratched my stainless steel cooktop. I'm not talking about a small scratch, but multiple scratches over the whole cooktop. I notified them of the issue as soon as I noticed it - when I cooked dinner the day after the cleaning. They responded by advising, "We have addressed the issue with the cleaning crew, and we are working with them along with the rest of our members for this not to happen again." Yet, because I noticed this 6 hours after the 24-hour window to report issues, they could do nothing to help me. read more

Do not recommend. We made the mistake to pay them cash for deep cleaning in a vacant home. When I went and checked it out my version of deep cleaning is clearly not their version of deep cleaning. There wasn't much to move around. I thought maybe the bathroom would be deep cleaned. You're better off doing it yourself. This is what $225 gets you with this company. DO NOT USE THEM! Just flush your money down the toilet. That may get your toilets cleaned out better. read more

I've used this cleaning company for about 4-5 months now and there's been some turnover with their cleaning staff which is frustrating. I've also had billing issues where they've charged my card when they weren't supposed to and now they charged my card again when I've given them a new card so there just seems to be a lot of problems with their office management and organization. I spend a lot of time contacting the office and trying to get things corrected that are not cleaned too. I'm hoping to get things worked out with this cleaning business and I think they do a good job cleaning but all the administrative problems have been a headache. I've attached photos of the most recent cleaning for the bathroom sinks that are never really cleaned well just wiped out but there's always residue left behind that I have to clean myself. So again it's a good cleaning but not an excellent cleaning service. I continually have to send pictures and ask for things to be fixed but they do usually fix things but it's just unfortunate I have to constantly be in communication with them to have these things fixed. Hopefully they'll get things worked out and I'll have to contact the office less and I can edit my review but at this time I'm very frustrated. read more

DO NOT USE B&B Maid Service! I made arrangements to have my vacant home cleaned in a phone conversation with Allan Nascimento. He touted the fact that they are bonded and insured and told me what the service included and what it didn't. The day before they were to clean my home, I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them. Guess what? They denied the appointment had been made and called me a liar--saying that I never talked to Allan Nascimento. I have his number on my phone and I wouldn't make this up. They have no integrity and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Avoid these people! read more

Allan and his team at B & B Maids Service are wonderful! I've been using them for about a month, and it's been a great experience so far. I originally started with another company, and the job they did was very sub par. I was so disappointed. I almost gave up entirely but decided to take a shot on B & B Maids. I'm SOO glad I did. Their attention to detail is great. They even fold over the toilet paper in a neat little triangle. I know, it doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's the little things that set them apart from their competition. They even HAND WASHED my dishes the last time they were out. AND they folded my towels! Wow! So blown away by that. They always do a really good job of cleaning everything. It's amazing how nice my place looks when I get home. During one cleaning, Allan personally called me to tell me the cleaning crew had accidentally knocked down one of my picture frames and that it had broken. He apologized and said they would pay to replace it. I told him not to worry about it at all because it was just a frame but that I really appreciated him giving me a call to let me know. THIS is great customer service. Their level of customer service is just outstanding all around. I can't say enough good things about B & B Maids Service. I highly recommend B&B Maid Service. I have used this service for about a year now. They do a very thorough job. When I spot check to determine how well the cleaning crew did, I always check the bathrooms. For me clean bathrooms are the most important part of a clean house. And B&B Maid Service never disappoints - my bathrooms are spotless! Not only do they clean and sanitize, but they also pay attention to little details. In several years certainly we've had a few issues, mostly around something not being cleaned adequately, but a quick email to Allan and the problem is always solved and responses are prompt. Just had my home deep cleaned by B&B Maids Svc through a $250 special on Angie's List. It was my first time and I was very pleased. Four ladies ( Team #10) showed up a few minutes early and took a brief tour of the home to hear my expectations/instructions. They all worked very hard for approx 2 hours for a total of 8 hours of cleaning. Everything is spotless. I really appreciate their willingness to perhaps change cleaning products because I'm pretty picky about what is used. Example - I want my black stainless appliances wiped with a wet cloth instead of stainless steel cleaner. Likewise with my black Blanco sink. Former cleaners have been reluctant to make any deviations. I also appreciate the care they took in cleaning - careful not to drag chairs on my hardwood floors etc. The ladies were very friendly and were accepting of my pet dog. Today was my second service by B&B Maid Service and I am very impressed with the service. B&B accommodates my requests that certain rooms not be cleaned and that a particular product (that I supply) is used in my kitchen. The Team 2 ladies are friendly and work efficiently. They even remembered the names of my kittens asking where they were when they arrived. And they were very concerned when one of the kittens followed her into the shower and potentially licked water that had cleaning product in it. Not recommending B & B Maids. Horrible experience. I had set up service with them because they got good reviews. Big mistake. They are not accommodating at all and offer no flexibility at all. I had my first cleaning set up but needed to reschedule. I told the lady on the phone the date and time I wanted. The lady said she had to check the schedule and would call me back. She called back and left me a voicemail stating that she was calling to confirm that they have me on the schedule for the date and time that I wanted. She was calling to CONFIRM. To me, that is interpreted as I am on the schedule, no need for ME to call THEM to confirm. I mean, the message stated she was calling to confirm. And, she did NOT say on the message that I needed to call back for any reason. So the day of the scheduled cleaning came and they never showed up. I called and was told that I was not on the schedule. Um......I still had the saved voicemail from the lady who called CONFIRMING THAT I WAS ON THE SCHEDULE. Needless to say, I was pissed. So I called Alan the owner and left him a message. After leaving several unhappy messages, he finally called me back. Said there was nothing he could do since I never called back to confirm. Excuse me??? The message that was left for me stated that YOU were calling to CONFIRM that I was on the schedule. If I was suppose to call back to confirm what you already told me, then you needed to state that on the message. Alan was not willing to budge and stated that his maids would not be able to come clean my house that day. Long story short, he eventually somehow was able to find two maids to come to my house that day, but at the end of the day. He kept making me feel like it was my mistake, but NO it was THEIR mistake. When they finally arrived, they did a horrible job. Broke a picture frame, broke our vacuum cleaner (which, I don't know why they used our vacuum cleaner when they had their own), and they also threw away several items in the house that they apparently thought was trash although it was NOT trash. I don't know why, but I decided to give Alan another chance after he was very apologetic afterwards. I tried to set up another monthly cleaning, but he kept saying his maids could only come at 8am. He was not willing to budge on the time, and he had no flexibility at all. Sorry, I'm not waking my whole house and family of 6 up at 8am for what will probably be another horrible cleaning. I was so done with them after that. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT use B&B Maids. Alan is full of crap, has no flexibility, breaks things in your house without offering to pay for it, is unprofessional, etc etc. I could go on, but you et the point. read more

Alan's team of cleaning professionals are by far the best that I have ever used. They are neat, clean and always on time and very thorough. Alan is a "hands on" owner who takes pride in his employees. They also provide many other services such as indoor and outdoor window cleaning, carpet cleaning and many others.
