The second person showed up for the last hour but they were on their phone talking loudly while I was trying to work. Plus hardly anything was cleaned. So much was left undone. I found them completely unprofessional, inconsiderate of my time and the fact that I was working at home while they were there and did a very poor job. Please use another company, this one is a complete waste of time and money.

I cannot thank The absolutely better cleaning crew! They were extremely nice and professional and helped me put stuff aside. They left the home spotless on a rainy day and cleaned regardless of the circumstances. I am so grateful for them and will never forget them working around the issue. Their prices were reasonable and they were flexible. For this many reasons I'm giving them 5 out of 5!

I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Probably won't pursue anything further here.

Trish and her husband were such a friendly and kind couple. I really felt well taken care of and they tailored to my needs. They give a reasonably priced estimate and do such an amazing job! Who doesn't love that?!? I would refer this company to anyone. Thank y'all so much.

When I called to schedule a house cleaning, Daniel answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get his team out the very next day and two hours later, my house looked like it belonged in a magazine. SPOTLESS! Not only did my house look and smell fantastic, I was happy to know that all natural cleaning products were used (Mrs. Meyers). It has now been a week since my house was cleaned and I am still noticing things that I never even thought to clean myself...top of baseboards, light switches and AC vents...but now that they are clean, it is so noticeable. I am now on a once a week cleaning schedule and gotta say that Tuesday's are now my favorite day! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a house cleaning service although they are more like miracle work.

Their booking system on their website was easy and understandable to use. The response time was really quick and easy too. I was able to get something scheduled the next day. They offered me times for the same day that I messaged but I wasn't available to have them come over. I opted for the deep cleaning which pretty much took care of all areas of the house, including living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc. I ended up running errands during the time they were scheduled to clean so I just let the maids do their thing and came back after a few hours. They were definitely very thorough with their work. I had a spot in the carpet that I didn't successfully remove in the past but somehow they did. I knew I had some dust buildup and they pretty much took care of all the dust too. They even cleaned the inside of my oven which I never thought about before. I really enjoyed the place after they were done. The pricing is pretty decent for a deep cleaning. I had such a good experience with them that I would highly recommend this company to others who needs a detailed cleaning service. They do have some promos for first time customers too! They have promos for re-occurring cleans which would be nice for those who don't have time to clean on a periodic basis or even AirBnb hosts.

Why? If there is one room that needs to be done quickly so that you are least interrupted in your day, that is the first one we want to focus on. What a lovely cleaning strategy. My home has been through a recent remodel, extra fluffy visiting pets and multiple family gatherings in the previous many months had created quite a few dust bunnies et al to discover which the crew did in spades. Miracle Cleaning was by far the best priced out of other companies charging at least double (contacted 4), so I was willing to overlook a few things which others may consider issues: 1) when scheduling an appointment, understand that it is meant to be a window of time. Even though we were the first appointment, they arrived 50 minutes after the start time but completed it within that window of time. Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up). Knowing all these nuances now, we would definitely use them again!
