Great service! We used them for about seven years in a large 4-bedroom house. The team was always professional, thorough, and fast. Credit card payment via text SMS and easy scheduling and special functions (windows, fridge cleaning, extra focus on problem areas, etc.). They just did our move-out cleaning and the landlord was very pleased. read more

I believe Mayers Maids stole my jewelry. They sent three cleaners in who buzzed all around my place. I had three pieces of jewelry in my dresser drawer which I had forgotten to take out. They stole it. Searching everywhere, I emptied out my closet and my drawers - there is no place else my jewelry could be. I live alone, small space, I have had absolutely no company or service people in my place. I reported this to the police and my policeman told me that, sadly, it is COMMON for cleaning services, maids and people who do service around homes to steal. I do NOT recommend Mayers Maids. read more

Group of cleaners pay attention to detail and do an outstanding job! Everything always looks spotless!

How do I start, let's begin with the fact when you call the office they don't even carry a professional demeanor. I was asking for a quote and was told only the manager would do that and he would call me back. He gathered all the necessary information to give me a quote. It was fair and I had advised I would call back to schedule. When I was ready to schedule, since he had texted me also, I texted him with my preferred dates. He acted as if I was a stranger with leading questions that never got to scheduling. So I called the next day with a random person answering the call (again far from professional greeting). She seemed to have been able to schedule it and then all of a sudden said the manager is the only one who schedules. He never called back so I called again several hours later. He did not have any of the information and then tried to give me a price 50% higher than his original quote. Then when I reminded him of the quote, he then indicated how much time it would give me but said it probably isn't enough so we would bill you whatever the extra time is. Huh, you never stated such things in the original conversation. Very unprofessional business and would not recommend anyone to such liars! read more

Sparkly clean! Andre and his staff do a great job of cleaning my house. After trying many big companies and individuals, we found Mayers. I have used them for over 5 years and I am consistently satisfied. He is an excellent communicator and has high professional standards. If you need a dependable company, this is it. read more

This is our second year with Mayer's maids. I spent some time looking for a cleaning service two years ago and signed up immediately after an in-home consultation with Mr. Mayer because he returned my calls immediately, came on time, and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. In fact, it was better than the quotes I received over the phone from other companies. Most importantly, they get the job done. The ladies are true professionals, and it's great to come home to a fresh, clean house at the end of the day. They send you feedback cards regularly to see if they can do anything better, and as reviewers said, Mr. Mayer has always been easily reachable and prompt & clear with his responses. read more

Mayers Maids are the most wonderful cleaning service in Texas! I love how Andre works so closely with me to get a cleaning scheduled when I need them most. Today I had 5 great women cleaning my daughters house while she was in the hospital. They made this big house shine! I LOVE a Mayers Maids day!! read more

I used Mayers Maid Service for about six months when I was very busy and didn't have time to keep the house as clean as I would like. I was very pleased with the service--the ladies who came to clean were prompt and friendly, and they left the place spotless and smelling great! They cleaned the blinds, baseboards, bathrooms, and counters, in addition to doing things like mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again should I need help in the future. Additionally, Andre reaches out about a week before the scheduled cleaning to confirm the time still works for you, and is very flexible about moving the appointment if it doesn't. read more

I had extensive remodeling done to my house in Plano. What I did not expect, since it was my first remodel, was the amount of fine dust generated that spread throughout the house carried by the A/C system. Yes the workers failed to take any precautions. My house was covered in a fine layer of dust, from ceilings, to walls, to floors, to furniture and couches and carpets. It was a disaster. Being furious with contractors does not solve problems, however. I called a few house cleaners and ended up selecting Andre and his team: Carla, Adriana, Maria and Odalys. These 4 women started at 830 AM and by 2 PM had transformed the house back to a clean condition. They cleaned the "new" but dust covered cabinets inside and out, cleaned the walls, the venetian blinds, windows, the floors, the Persian carpets, the custom built couches, the entertainment center, the books and bookcases, and did so efficiently. Greyed wooden floors shone. Carpet colors came back to life. This is one hardworking team. Mayer's Maids, and especially these 4 (I have not used a maid service before) exceeded my expectations in terms of cleaning service, professionalism and friendliness. I strongly recommend Mayer's Maids. read more

Tried using Mayers cleaning service for the first time today. Owner Andre was extremely helpful the whole step of way from scheduling and staff being on time! We left the house for a few hours while they cleaned. Came home to what now looks like a show home! Sparkly clean! Any negative reviews of this company must be lies or just stupid people like the review left before me obviously she did not read what areas they service.. Anyway all in all great experience and I will recommend to everyone looking for cleaning services! Thank you Andre. read more

We cannot recommend Mayers Maid Service enough! The same crew has been cleaning weekly for us for over three years, and they are hands down the best cleaning service we've ever experienced. The owner, Andre, is super responsive via phone or text, and his team is a joy to have at the house. Not only do they do an amazing job and leave everything spotless, but they're happy and pleasant people to be around. They also offer a window cleaning service as well, which is equally good. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning service you can trust, look no further! read more

I have found this company to be unreliable, nosy, and careless. We pay a lot of money, can never get a an appointment scheduled that meets our needs. It's always at the company's convenience. There have been several instances where items have been broken without accountability. They are also very nosy. You will have to leave the house while they are cleaning. If you work from home or have a home office, it will be impossible to get work completed or run a call due to all the maid chatter. read more

Highly recommend their services ... have used them for over 5 years and always found them to be trustworthy, thorough, and reasonably priced. Flora and Rosa are my team! Great job, Andre! read more

We have been using this cleaning service 2007, and will continue to use them as long as we can! We absolutely love the amount of effort and detail they put into to cleaning our house. Every time we come home there is a little something extra waiting for us, whether they've chosen this day to clean our shutters, fluff our pillows a little different or give our dogs some love. The staff at Mayers are so friendly and professional with both us and our pets. This is a company we would reccomend to anyone, anywhere, thank you Mayers! read more

We've used Mayer's maids since March (8 months) when we moved to Plano and have been so pleased. Everything is spotless, the couches get vacuumed (perfect since we have dogs!) and they spend the time they say they'll spend at the house. The price is extremely reasonable. The few times we've had to adjust the day, Andre is very accommodating to our request. He's easily reachable by text or email. I have used maid services for many years and can be picky about them - this one is great! read more

I've been a client of Andre and his team for close to a year now and couldnt be more pleased. The crew is punctual, efficient, careful and very respectful of my things and my home. I highly recommend them. I'd give more stars but I am only allowed 5. Thanks Andre. read more

We hired Mayer's Maid Service to do a deep clean on the home we had just moved in to a week prior. We were very satisfied with the service! The cleaning crew was prompt, professional, extremely friendly and did a complete and thorough job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable and reasonable cleaning service. Andre is very nice, accommodating and easy to work with. I am usually extremely picky about my housecleaning services, and Mayer's Maid Service exceeded my expectations based on several other companies I have used in the past. read more

I've been looking for a good cleaning service and read so many positive reviews about Mayers Maid Service on Google that I had to try them out. But I was very disappointed with my experience. The maids arrived 40 min earlier than their arrival window - I wasn't prepared at all and was still feeding my baby and had to rush to pack up my baby to go out while they stood there and asked me a lot of questions. But the communication in itself was difficult, since two of the ladies couldn't speak English and the one that "could" couldn't very well at all. I was also upset that at least one of the ladies smelled like cigarette smoke. And even though they cleaned very well (thus the two star review), they didn't put things back in their original place - the recliner was in the wrong side of the living room, storage containers were completely sideways, sponges and soaps were in the wrong place, etc. - so I had to go through my home and rearrange everything. I gave some of this feedback to the owner, but he didn't seem to care at all, so I figured I'd share it with the public. read more

I called their 888 phone # on Friday the 20th to get a quote on doing a move out cleaning for October 30th. The gentleman that answered said the call was forwarded to him because the lady that answers the 888 phone # was not at the phone. He said he doesn't know what the schedule for the 30th looks like because he is not at the office and will get back with me the next day, Saturday, to give me the available times. The next morning I get a text telling me to confirm our appointment for the 30th for the afternoon and from the screenshots of the text, you can see my reply to him saying I wasn't given any available choices. That's it? He is just going to schedule without checking with me first. Then I told him I wasn't happy with our conversation yesterday when I called him because when he answered the phone, after I asked him about getting an appointment with him and his prices, he IMMEDIATELY ask me WHAT my FIRST language was? I replied what do you mean? He replies Where are you from. I answered: I am an American. He said No you are not, you have an accent. Where's your accent from. So I told him what does it matter? He replies: Do you speak Spanish? I said NO, I don't. He said then we may have a problem. SO when he text me on Saturday, I brought up that subject and you can see from his replies to me that this person has poor customer service skills, admit that he likes to speak to his customers including the ones HE HAS NEVER MET about POLITICS, which is totally inappropriate, and that he also says he likes to know where people are from or their background so he may better serve them or if it doesn't match,up to his expectation or if the customer doesn't speak Spanish then he won't be able to service them properly. So I wouldn't hire him, I also get the impression because I had an accent and I don't speak Spanish, and why should I be able to? (His crew shows up, cleans and leave. They know what their job and duties, are, I don't need to tell them what to do or how it's done,) that he is also PREJUDICE if you don't speak Spanish or WON'T discuss politics with him! Screenshot of our phone text conversation: http://www. imagebam. com/image/0f0351635238073 SO NO I wouldn't hire this company or do business with him/them! read more
