I schedule a deep cleaning service with them because I was told I needed to do that before they could come out biweekly. Big mistake. Scheduling was a pain. The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Not happy with the service. Spent $380 for 1880 sq ft(2bed 2bath) scheduled on 3/11/2021. Thought would be an amazing clean due to the reviews but but turn to be below average. 3 ladies showed up, Mira, Jasmine, and Taylor. Mira and Jasmine did a great job cleaning the bedroom and the bathroom; however, Taylor spent 2 hours working on the kitchen herself. I did communicate with Mira and her supervisor about Taylor's efficiency in the meantime but she's still been working really slow, which made Mira and Jasmine to do most of the work. Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn't clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. I also tried to talk to their supervisor when I see the alcohol spill but haven't heard from them. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it's not worth $380. *Updates: Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide "video footage" to show that their maid spill the alcohol. That was TOTALLY insane. I've also enclosed the message below. They keep saying I have feaces but it's just some dog pees near my dog's cage. Clearly, My dog was a bit too "excited" to see the maids. I didn't ask the maids to clean it the first places and ask them not to get close with that area. I recently had construction in my home and needed the construction dust (specifically tile and grout dust) cleaned up from my master suite. I was very specific about the cleaning and what needed to be done. I specified multiple times that the whole master bathroom is shiplap and there's gray grout dust in the cracks between each board (about 1/4" gap between boards) and it's a 10' ceiling. I told the office manager this over and over because her lack of professionalism made me think she didn't really know what I was talking about. I specified the technician would need a brush attachment on a vacuum or something similar to be able to get the dust off the shiplap. once again, I said this MULTIPLE TIMES because this was the primary concern and reason for cleaning. the technician was supposed to arrive between 12-1 and approximately 12:56pm Nicole called to say the technician was on the way and would be there in 20-25 min. at 1:41pm I called and asked Nicole if they got lost or something since the tech had not arrived. she said "he should already be there" and hung up to call and find out where he was. he pulled in the driveway a couple minutes later. *something unprofessional was that he was dropped off at my home by someone and they left and did not return until the 2 hours was up. kind of strange and very unprofessional. Jacob was friendly and had a lot of cleaning products with him. I showed him the master suite and told him the primary concern would be cleaning the grout dust off the shiplap and showed him how the dust was collected on the ledges between the boards. he said he didn't have a vacuum brush or anything but he would try to clean it. once he was finished at the 2 hour mark, he showed me that he couldn't fit his rag between the boards to clean the grout dust off the shiplap, (which I knew wouldn't work and was why I told nicole several times the tech would need a vacuum brush to remove the grout dust.) once the floors dried, it showed he didn't mop corners of the room, the toilet bowl was still dirty with grout dust inside, he didn't mop behind the bathroom door and he didn't clean the door knobs or rimlocks. once everything was dry it was very easy to see the gray dust everywhere he missed. since I didn't pay for the cleaning and my contractor did, I didn't receive the notice of their 24 hour satisfaction guarantee, my contractor did. it wasn't until the weekend that we noticed all the cut corners and I also wanted an explanation as to why the tech came to my home unprepared for the job. I called and spoke to nicole once again, told her the job I specifically hired them for was never completed and barely even attempted. she really didn't have an answer for me. she admitted that she knew I said several times that I needed the shiplap cleaned, specifically with a vacuum brush and she said she wasn't sure why the technician didn't come with one. she offered to send him again to reclean the areas he "missed" but I would have to pay for it since it was 5 days since he had cleaned. I explained once again that the job I hired them for was not ever done at all. the owner called me shortly after my conversation with nicole and she made a lot of excuses about Nicole not understanding what shiplap is or what I was wanting done. I told her that I explained it over and over and even told her what tool would be needed for the job. she said they don't have a vacuum brush and they also wouldn't have been able to do it at all because that's not the kind of work they do. they also are not insured for more than a step ladder so they would not have been able to clean 10' walls the way I had requested. she kept just making excuses for nicole not understanding, then excuses for her son Jacob who did the cleaning. then she tried to put it on my contractor, that since he made the mess he should have to clean it up, which makes zero sense. contractors very rarely ever clean up their own mess unless it's a very isolated area. that's why my contractor paid Tailor Maid to clean the master suite. she emailed me a few days later and made more excuses about how nicole knows they don't clean crevices so if I said that, she would have told me they don't do that kind of work. she also said that her son jacob, who did the cleaning, told her I didn't ask for him to clean the shiplap until he was done cleaning the bathroom. that's a lie since I went over it with him when he first arrived. she also makes the excuse that I didn't tell him to stop cleaning, which also makes no sense. she offered to send jacob back out to clean the areas he skipped around doors, furniture and corners, which I feel is pointless. they wouldn't do the job they were very specifically hired to do. I do not recommend this company at all. the snarky comments the owner leaves in response to people's complaints is also very unprofessional and shows their true character. I won't even converse further because you're a liar and not worth my time. read more

BEWARE! I would never use this service again. Very poor cleaning experience. I scheduled what they call a "deep cleaning" as I was moving in to my home and the scheduler fooled me into thinking they would do a great job before I moved in. Don't fall for that scam. They have a nice website that will suggest they are experienced and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They guarantee NOTHING and are full of excuses when you share the details of your dirty home with them. They are also very over priced. The scheduler Brandi is the go between with the owner whose name is Sarah although no one knows Sarah's last name??? They did a minor wipe down at best leaving dust bunnies hanging from the cupboards and one cupboard had spider web and a spider. All the lights were dusty and the floor was dirty. I really don't know what 2 cleaning people did for 6-7 hours in my home??? When you see the other reviews on Yelp there are lots on 1s. For a first time customer and $360 'deep clean' I expected so much more from this company. I expected to be "WOWed" when I came home, I just wasn't. My baseboards weren't touched and I found dust on my window sills, calcium build up around the sink rings. I understand dust resettling but if I finger sweep my baseboards and it has resistance, they were never 'hand-wiped' as they claim. Donnette and her girls were timely in rescheduling a re-clean to address these issues which I appreciate, however, I will not be using them again in the future. You KNOW that I asked for: focus on baseboards bathrooms and blinds and as mentioned previously, if you had just taken responsibility and said oh sorry I forgot or my apologies rather than trying to place blame elsewhere KNOWING that you were hired to do a select set of things - then I wouldn't have felt the need to leave a review. But per the photos, you left finger prints on my mirrors and dirt from your vacumns all over my carpets. You left more of a mess than I had before you came. So therefore yes, I left reviews on yelp, Facebook and Google. Go look at the dates however -there is no need to bring this up again as I wouldn't use your services not because of the issue of not cleaning what was asked but because you cannot do what a good business does, and take responsibility for your mistakes- or else I would have brushed it off as a bad day and gave it another try. 1. I gave them a card to keep on file but one time i gave them another card to charge for one time use. They kept trying to charge that card every single time thereafter. This is after I kept telling them not to. They became upset when the card wouldn't go through and eventually I stopped telling them to use the card on file and I just let them figure it out. Which they did. - Fine. 2. Thanksgiving they were suppose to come the day before and clean. They kept saying they were coming and we had been on the schedule as usual. Nobody showed nobody called to to cancel. They texted me at the end of the day. Now. They called at the beginning of the day to make sure they'd have payment (which they had on file as mentioned above) but they couldn't call to say they weren't showing. They texted and said they'd arrive on Saturday and the cleaning would be free. I witnessed on Saturday the cleaning tech coming into the home via my cameras but we knew she was coming. We thought nothing of it until we came back to our home and found it NOT clean. The tech literally cleaned NOTHING. She sat in our home and relaxed and hung out for 2 hours. I was pissed. Went back and the cams confirmed that. (Thanks Wyze & Arlo!). Oh and when the tech did come it was hours after promised time and she called and asked if I still wanted her to come. That should've been a sign 3. Our last cleaning for whatever reason they couldn't charge our chase card but that day everything else was charging just fine to it. I went down sick but asked them to keep trying the card. When my family and I were healthier we called and gave them the card. In their defense it did take a week but it's cause I kept trying to have them charge the card on file so we wouldn't have a repeat of #1 and also we were sick. They got their money but then said "we have you scheduled for the 30th." To which I showed them the text I have stating my next date of service is on the 23rd (which is about right). She says she will check the schedule and what went wrong and call me back. Instead of calling guess what they did? BINGO!!! The texted stating they could work under these conditions . They couldn't deal with hunting me down to get paid. Well that's only happened twice and one of those times you had the right card on file you just kept trying to use another. And during all of this i asked them 3 times not to leave chemicals out because I have small children and a pet. But with every cleaning they left chemicals and i would usually find them around the house over a period of days or if the kids were playing with them. Also out of all the Cleaning's over roughly 2 months they only vacuumed steps once and cleaned the windows once. If you have an apartment they're likely great but for a while house with small people or pets. NOPE! I tried to post the video of them in the house but Yelp won't allow. read more

Horrible!!! We had the same cleaning tech for 3 yrs and she was fabulous. She left the company for a better opportunity. We asked Tailor Maid to notify us about who the new person would be. We were never notified. Then the person they sent was actually awesome. Sent an email to let them know that we would like this individual to be our new cleaning tech. They never responded. Sent a second new person and we were not notified that they were sending someone new again! Then we pay for 3 1/2 hours and the lady left after 2 1/2 hours. When I called to cancel services they didn't even try to make it better. Just said thank you, we will cancel your service. We have been using Tailor Maid for the past year and are very happy with their service. We use them on a biweekly schedule, and if we need to change our regular day they make every effort to meet our schedule. They always call a few days before our date just as a reminder. We have had the same cleaning person almost from the beginning and she also knows our requirements, and always arrives on time and is very personable and friendly. We enjoy talking with her when she arrives and then she goes about her routine cleaning in her methodical manner.
