Not sure if everyone gets it but they even made my bed (it was a lil messy but not terrible). They also wiped down the bathroom mirror and vanity way better than my prior maid too. You know in this allotted slot she cleaned only restroom and kitchen. I promise those two rooms were not in that bad state to take the whole time. But that's their strategy. Every one hour after allotted time is $75. They want me to extend. I told the lady to do fast and not to be so in detail, but she just replied that how I work and continued her work. I have given two stars only because whatever she cleaned she cleaned it perfectly. I am not complaining the quality of work. I am complaining about the strategy followed to extract money in unfair way. Do you think, miss bubbles the money you make in this way from people will serve you in good way ??

They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Their booking system on their website was easy and understandable to use. The response time was really quick and easy too. I was able to get something scheduled the next day. They offered me times for the same day that I messaged but I wasn't available to have them come over. I opted for the deep cleaning which pretty much took care of all areas of the house, including living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc. I ended up running errands during the time they were scheduled to clean so I just let the maids do their thing and came back after a few hours. They were definitely very thorough with their work. I had a spot in the carpet that I didn't successfully remove in the past but somehow they did. I knew I had some dust buildup and they pretty much took care of all the dust too. They even cleaned the inside of my oven which I never thought about before. I really enjoyed the place after they were done. The pricing is pretty decent for a deep cleaning. I had such a good experience with them that I would highly recommend this company to others who needs a detailed cleaning service. They do have some promos for first time customers too! They have promos for re-occurring cleans which would be nice for those who don't have time to clean on a periodic basis or even AirBnb hosts.
