I called 5 days in advance and specified that I wanted a deep cleaning since I was moving into a new house. The people before us had not completed many of the spring cleaning type of activities plus we did some remodeling, so need less to say we knew it wasn't going to be a normal cleaning. I told them over the phone the situation and the said that will be fine but it will be extra $25. When the cleaning crew(2 of them didn't speak a word of English) showed up I walked them through the house pointing out each and every area I wanted cleaned. Once we reviewed the house they asked for $150 more than what I was quoted on the phone. I called the company and they said the charge would be $250 based on my specifications. I had to leave to work while my mother came to watch over. When my mother would point out items that were not cleaned properly the lady would talk back and told her to do it herself. Once I came back from work and saw what was completed I called the company immediately complained. Jessica picked up the phone and told me to send pictures of what was not cleaned. Said she will try her best to work something out. Next day I called back and she said I would have to wait for the "owner" to come back to Dallas as she is currently overseas she said she will check the availability of one of the other cleaning crews. A day later I called back and then the tone changed saying the pictures I sent don't show any dirt which they clearly do. I mentioned over the phone that the areas I was showing were not even touched at all (inside kitchen cabinets, tub, shower, above the kitchen cabinet, blinds and etc...).. Then I was told these areas are not on the list, to witch I stated I know that's why I paid $100 more to ensure these items are taken care of. Make a longer story shorter they would not respond and asked me to stop calling. All I wanted was for a crew to come out and clean what I paid for. DO NOT USE! I asked for a move-in clean of just the bathrooms and the kitchen, and it was terrible. She was here for 4 hours and when she left the kitchen was still filthy upon a close inspection. Most cabinets were not touched inside. The baseboard below still had cobwebs on it. Some food splatter was not scrubbed off the putside doors or baseboards. Cristina told me she quoted me a general clean which makes no sense because I asked for a move in clean and made sure she knew it was dirty. She offered me 10% off my next clean. After texting her a few times asking for someone to come finish the job with pictures of the dirty kitchen, she did not respond. A few days later I realized that my stainless steel appliances were scratched up, and again no response from Cristina. I called her from a different number, she answered, asked for pictures, and again ignored me completely. My kitchen was dirty, and if the cleaning lady didn't think she could do it for the amount of money quoted, she should have brought it up. I would have been more than happy to pay more and actually get the job done. Doing the job this way just makes the company look very bad, and the way she is handling the situation is very unprofessional and juvenile. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! This business was highly recommended by a really good friend. I was told by the owner that they serviced the Desoto area although they are located in North Dallas. My appt was scheduled for a move out and was confirmed the day before my appt. On the day of the appt, her asst sends me a text msg rather than calling me to let me know that the person assigned to my appt had to be hospitalized. I called the asst and was told the owner was out of the country and none of the other employees wanted to fulfill the appt because the area was too far. I was very disappointed and had to find another cleaning service at the last minute and paid a higher rate. Needless to say, the owner never contacted me to apologize or offer any other type of incentives for possibly a future service. read more

They do a great job, I have never had any issues. They show up when they say, they confirm promptly. And my house has never been cleaner.

Do not use this company. 1 bathroom was not cleaned at all. Table tops dusted down the middle, no items ( magazines, photo frames) moved or dusted. Countertops we're roughly wiped, but I could feel grit every where I touched. Of the 2 baths cleaned, none were done well. I used my thumbnail to scrape stuff off the counter, pink mildew was in the jets of the tub. No baseboards were touched. They don't have their own vacuum, will want yours, did not mop my hardwood floors, mopped the kitchen floor right down the middle, didn't move anything, didn't wipe down appliances, never dusted furniture legs or lower levels. This was just made to look like it was cleaned, but was never ever cleaned. Very sorry I was working and not there to refuse to pay. Do not even call them, much less let them in your home.
