If you're looking to use All Needs Covered, please do yourself the favor and read their one or two-star reviews before hiring them: Purchased a Groupon on 9/15. Called in October and spoke with a male representative to schedule my appointment. A couple of days before the appointment in November, I had not received any confirmation emails or calls. Therefore, I called back and spoke to a female representative. She told me that she wasn't sure who I spoke on the phone with because appointments could not be booked over the phone and instead through their portal. Fair enough, so I booked an appointment for December 21st through their portal! I received two invoices via email, one in October and one in December, asking to pay a cleaning supplies fee. Rationally, I did not pay it immediately as my service was not due yet. Then, I get a call on December 19th from the female representative stating that my appointment was given away because I did not meet the company's demand of paying a cleaning supplies fee months in advance to secure my appointment. I told her I was not informed this was a requirement to secure the reservation, and she demanded that she had told me and I did not listen. Upon revisiting the invoice, I see that the Terms and Conditions it states this requirement, but as the customer, I was not informed of this, or I would have paid it immediately. I have used many other cleaning companies before, and none of them had this type of requirement or structure. Therefore, I am partially at fault for I should have taken more care in reading through the terms and requirements. However, the largest problem at hand is this company's customer service. The female representative was condescending and disrespectful over the phone, repeatedly cutting me off and speaking over my concerns. To no surprise, I discovered many other customers having similar experiences by reading the one or two-star reviews. The way All Needs Covered customer service team responds to negative reviews is appalling and unprofessional. They claim free speech, but there is a clear difference between disagreeing and lashing out and belittling customers' opinions. We decided to give this company a try since we needed a deep clean post move out. They don't even use a real mop, they use a little Swifer jet mop. They don't dust, the base boards were disgusting, and we paid for a deep clean move out, not a regular clean. Stay far away from this cleaning company I was charged $190 plus tax for a rude black woman name Tartia to come and do nothing. Not only was she rude but I doubt she ever use the vacuum cleaner none of the mirrors were cleaned the cabinets were not wipe down the refrigerator was not even wipe down on the outside. You want to talk about disgusted with a service, I am BEYOND disgusted. This cleaning service is a joke. I had a lady come to my home and tell me during my deep cleaning that I needed to pick up the things off the floor before she could clean. So what exactly are you cleaning? I said wait excuse me, that's my bedding and my laundry? You don't pick those things up? No ma'am, that's considered to be clutter and is an extra fee! She first charged us $80 and then said it would be more because our sons room also had laundry on the floor. She approached my sink and questioned if I wanted my dishes done. Well yeah? People who pay $380 for a deep cleaning expect the dishes are apart of that. Nope. 20 extra dollars. THATS RIGHT - Dishes are not included. And I don't mean hand washing. I mean putting them from the sink(mind you they are already rinsed and free of food) to the dishwasher and pressing the start button. We have a litter robot that automatically empties our litter box to a trash bag. We asked specifically if this could be done because it is a DEAL BREAKER if they will not do it. "Of course we will do that! Not a problem!" The maid gets here and says uhm no ma'am, i don't do litter boxes, I'm not doing that. Are you for real? Then why did your so called boss say you would? So basically they will clean a CLEAN home but otherwise you will get nickeled and dimed. Don't confront them on it either -- they will just get rude with you. I called and told them it was BS, called them on their lies, and told them how ridiculous it was that they were pulling the extra fees everywhere after already having charged us a hefty fine AND THEN SOME for the so called "decluttering". I am not sure about the cleaning services. I was interested in using the Yelp voucher of $110 for $150 worth of services and they were not allowing me to use it according to the terms on the voucher. They said I would only be able to get general cleaning out of it even though I was willing to pay for extra services on top of cleaning and pay the difference for deep cleaning. The customer service and hassle in scheduling a clean up was a big turnoff. The company should not be using yelp promotions if they are not able to honor them properly. Or if they need to make it more detailed they should do so. Worst cleaning service I have ever had. My problem child had moved back home for a couple of months, and left the house a disaster. I was too embarrassed to let my regular cleaning lady see the mess (yes my home is cleaned regularly). I asked and paid for a deep clean and told them a couple of places of concern. They didn't even vacuum, but "swept" my large area rugs (I have hardwood floors throughout the home). The blinds and ceiling fans didn't get dusted. I could go on forever. I called Ron just a few minutes after they left to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but they wouldn't come back out. This company is the worst! I should have guessed when nobody came out to see the house and he only takes upfront payments. It's taken me a couple of months for me to grow the cajonies to write this review. Bought a Groupon for the company. The only exclusion was you had to be within 20 miles according to their address listed on Groupon our has was 16.5 miles, which is within 20 miles. When I got the call back 5 hours after calling I was just told we were 29 miles from them so we couldn't use the Groupon. I told them no I used Google maps and we are 16.5. They then ask how big our house is and if we had pets. I told her no pets and that our house is around 2500 sq ft. She then says that I can't use the Groupon even if I was within the 20 miles becuae it doesn't cover a house our size. Again this isn't mentioned in the Groupon add. I purchase a 4 hour house cleaning for 2 cleaning people. The told me it only included one person and that their 4 hour service doesn't even include cleaning the tile in the bath shower. I regularly have my home cleaned but since COVID I didn't want anyone in my house. I've never had a deep clean so I called this service to perform one since it's been a while. Well this deep clean was not what I expected as far as I'm concerned it was not a deep clean at all. It was just a regular cleaning as what I get regularly and she missed my table in the foyer. She did ask me to check everything but its not my responsibility to check and make sure if you missed things. Because I am the person I am I always try to tip well and this instance was no exception but don't get it twisted, I will not be calling this company again. DO NOT HIRE!!! If I could give a zero star, I would...I just finished dealing with this business. OMG, they are so fraudulent. This is a complaint about the business owner of the cleaning service: All Needs Covered Cleaning Services. This business is a fraudulent business (especially with a name like that). I purchased a Groupon for 4 hours (paid 115$ for the groupon). I contacted them on July 18 to schedule a cleaning that week, but the owner (?) Tasha told me that they were all booked up with Groupon clients, however, she can get me in for a flat rate of 205$. I told her no, I would wait for the next opening so she scheduled me for the August 9. On August 8, I called the company to confirm that I still have house cleaning, as no one got back to me to confirm arrival time. I spoke to the owner and gave him a description of the house and the cleaning needed. Told him there was four bedrooms, with 3 upstairs and the master downstairs. Told him that the kitchen and living areas and the 3 bathrooms needed sanitizing and cleaning. On Aug 9, he sent over just one cleaner. I asked the cleaner if he was able to get all the cleaning done by himself and he said he would do his best. The cleaner mentioned he had started working for the company 2 months ago. AFter nearly 2 hours in the kitchen alone, I can tell he was overwhelmed (not the kid's fault, he really tried but he didn't have the proper cleaning supplies or was trained properly). I tried contacting with the owner and told him he needs to send over an extra hand to help his cleaner as the cleaner he sent over did not have sufficient training and he was overwhelmed. He did not responded. The cleaner mentioned to me that sometimes the owner would assist him in cleaning the homes of Groupon clients. The cleaner also told me that the owner has a different lower cleaning services for Groupon holders. The owner finally called me back. He told me that he has different levels of services and that Groupon customers would only get superficial, general cleaning and that only one cleaner would be sent. I told him does general cleaning mean the toilet doesn't get sanitized or the frameless shower glass doors are left with hard water streaks? I told him that bathroom faucet fixtures still had water stains on them and that the cleaner did not know that you can use Lime-Away and a microfibre cloth to gently wipe down. I asked him why this lower quality standard of cleaning was not advertised clearly on either his website or on Groupon. No answers...I told him that one cleaner cannot clean the home in four hours and that if I had been told that from the beginning, I would have cancelled the Groupon and asked for a refund. I also talked to the cleaner who was at my home and he also mentioned that sometimes the owner would come out with him to help clean homes for Groupon customers, or that another lady, Tasha, would come out with him. Half an hour later, the lady Tasha called me back and asked about the cleaning services. I told her I am not satisfied as only half the house was cleaned by a cleaner who is obviously very new at the job . Again, she disputed with me that they sent out only one cleaner for Groupon clients and that if I had purchased their flat rate of 205 $ for cleaning, they would have done a 40 points cleaning system. Yet, nowhere on their website or on the Groupon advertisement did the business claimed that Groupon clients would be getting one cleaner (inexperienced) and lower quality cleaning service. I am very disappointed...I still have the upstairs of the house that was not even touched. The three bedrooms upstairs, the two bathrooms, the play area, the staircase and the hallway was not cleaned at all. I feel very unhappy and dissatisfied by this company. The owners clearly relished in the fact that they treat Groupon customers differently than they do other flat-rate, non-Groupon clientele. I would warn all clients looking for cleaning services to stay away from this business. They are not honest and having different sets of cleaning standards for clients is unacceptable, but if you are going to do it, then at least put it down in black and white on your website that you are providing the bare minimum to your Groupon clients. After scheduling my cleaning online, nobody showed up. I called management (owner?) and was told they never received anything. I told him I received confirmation of the request, and I proceeded to email it to him. After emailing it to him and calling back, he said "well we never received that. We only provide service for requests we receive". He refused to own the fact that there was a problem on the business end, never offering an apology or any way to remedy the inconvenience. Do not use these people. I was quoted a fixed rate to come out and clean my apartment. After the lady came out she started taking pictures of my apartment and said she needed to call her boss. After talking to her boss she said it would be a lot more expensive since she had to clean my bathtub. I told her to forget it. I had a very good experience with my cleaning appointment yesterday. The attention to detail is way above the norm in this area (from my somewhat limited experience with cleaning services). This does mean that a "Groupon" cleaning of just a couple of hours will almost certainly not cover more than a one or maybe two bedroom apartment, but what is done, is done extremely well. This would be a very good service for someone who wants regular, serious cleaning done. I have been using All Needs Covered cleaning service for about a month now and they have visited 3 times. The experience has been great. They are prompt, incredibly friendly and are pet friendly with my fur babies. Overall, an extremely positive experience and they pay alot of attention to detail in keeping the house very clean with everything going back in its original place. I am so happy I found these guys!!! One last thing to mention, they are so flexible on customizing the cleaning service, so you get their basic - which covers a bunch of stuff (not basic by any means) and then you can add on services like baseboards, ceiling fans, inside appliances. I don't think there is anything they would not consider. I find the pricing to be right in line with their service as well.
