This Review is for Melissa Texas... I scheduled a gutter cleaning, took the day off and they never showed up. After 30 mins past, I called and called and never got an answer, after 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time they called and said they got stuck in traffic and would be there in 30 mins. I told them NO thanks, I need a reliable company. 30 mins later she called back and offered me $50 off if I would schedule another appointment. This seems to be a very small operation that's not reliable read more

Great service and easy to deal with! I booked via text, same day service. The tech got here and provided the service a left. Invoice was sent to my email I paid online. Painless ! Will definitely use again. I gave 4 starts knocked down one star because when we book the give me a price but when the tech got here the price increased. Regardless will use again! What sold me was the plan for my gutter system was well thought out. Their placement of the downspouts were different than what other companies recommended. I've had the gutters for a couple of months and I couldn't be happier. Very prompt and great communication. The cost was just above the cheapest out there but only by a tiny amount. read more

Golden Star came out and did a great job cleaning and repairing my gutters. They spent a decent amount of time making sure the roof and gutters were clear of leaves and pollen pods, as well as making minor fixes to my downspouts, etc. if they got moved around during our strong weather this winter. I've asked them to add me to their rotation and come out twice a year as getting a good, reliable gutter service seems to be more challenging than it should be. Glad I found them! read more

We have been missing gutters on our other side for a while and Golden Star is responsive and has great customer service. When we first got our gutters they were overflowing because of the rain. Golden star came out and fixed the issue the next day. They also offered to put in another downspout if we still had issues. Plus, the gutters look great. read more

If you're considering other companies, just don't, go with Golden Star. Golden Star is affordable but doesn't slack on quality. Worked with me as I added items to my project and gave recommendations. Just needed the front project done so water didn't keep splashing on my door and house, but I'm sure I will have them come back soon to install gutters around the house. read more

We needed rain gutters and got several quotes. Alex provided the most detailed quote and was less expensive than the others. I asked them to bring one downspout to a rain barrel that I had and they did this at no extra charge. On day of installation, I asked them to install screen guards and the price he quoted was just as reasonable. I would definitely recommend Golden Star Gutter Cleaning for new installs, and will contact them again myself, if I have any further need. Great job guys! read more

Golden Star came out today to add gutters around our home and they did not disappoint! They were prompt to show up and worked steadily until the job was completed. They were able to match our trim perfectly and even patched a few things they noticed they could fix that were not related to the actual gutters. It was very well thought out where the downspouts were placed and you can really tell their consideration and thoughtfulness in placing one of them away from where our young kids might be playing in the back of the house.
