It's not often I find a contractor that I'm enthusiastic about, but my experience with Owens…read moreIrrigation (Brandon) was outstanding. When our home was built (on spec), the builder didn't do anything to ensure that the drainage (from the downspouts) was routed appropriately. Our home has a courtyard in the front, and the majority of rainwater was dumped right into the courtyard, where it ran down and across our front yard. Two other downspouts drained across the front yard as well, and the results was erosion that prevented grass from growing. I had trouble finding a contractor who specialized in this kind of work--most focus on sprinklers, gutters, or foundation work. I needed someone to bury these drain lines, including cutting the concrete in the courtyard to get the lines underground. Owens took care of all of it, including running one drain line under a sidewalk without cutting it. All of the work was done professionally, and there was no uncharge for unexpected problems, like the concrete being much thicker than expected, requiring jackhammering to get through it all. Brandon listened to what I want, and didn't try to talk me into shortcuts or options I wasn't interested in. It was an excellent experience, and Brandon offered expertise in other areas (like sod) as well. The guy is VERY busy. I'd suggest being patient, it's worth it. Great work at a fair price.

Daniel and his crew delivered excellent communication and workmanship all five days they were here. They handled unexpected challenges and my mid project changes with skill, flexibility, and a consistently positive attitude. This time, Mark also connected me with Daina from Victory Paint for color guidance. Her ability to visualize what would work -- even when I wasn't sure -- completely transformed our main living areas and tied everything together beautifully. She stayed responsive throughout, which made coordination seamless. Great team, great results. This is why we keep coming back.

Jason came out for the initial consultation and really listened to what I wanted for the space. He offered helpful recommendations on plants that would work well for our area and climate, and even came back out before the project started to answer a few additional questions I had. The crew started on Monday and finished the entire project in three days. They worked hard, were respectful of our property, and were especially careful while working near our pool. I really appreciated that they cleaned up at the end of each day and left the area looking neat. Jason checked in several times throughout the project, and I even saw him working alongside the crew at different points, which says a lot. The finished landscaping looks beautiful, and I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Jason and the Perfect Green team!

Some companies clearly incentivize the assessment team to be part of the sales process for restoration and reconstruction. This is not that company. I appreciated that and felt like I was really getting good information and reasonable advice. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you have an issue.

Nick was absolutely the best person to work with, fast but thorough. He explained everything so well that we felt comfortable in the decision making process. We are completely satisfied with the process of working with PuroClean and totally understand why our insurance company has them on a list of recommended vendors.

He will contact you tomorrow." The "contact" I got was an invoice for the busted pipe I had them go ahead and fix because I knew it needed to. The worker said 250-300, the invoice was over 300, that's my fault for being too trusting. Along with the invoice was the estimate for the next thing to fix, but no introduction, blank email from their "info" address. On top of all of this, the two guys were laughing at us the whole time. Highly unprofessional. I know there's a decent amount of good reviews as well, but I did NOT experience that at all. Do not recommend.

We selected stripe king last fall for our pickleball court on a brand new slab because of the…read morereasonable prices and friendly owners. Unfortunately, the team that did the work did what I can only describe as a bad job. The paint at the edges peeled immediately, literally within a day or so. There were big paint blobs in several spots and color scattered in others. Most importantly, in trying to grind the slab for more texture, they created some serious deep spots that now fill with standing water making the court unusable for days after raining even with us trying to brush it away (the grading has been ruined so it all collects in the middle). The team returned for touch-ups after the original job but said they would need to come back with more material after the colors didn't match. Then, after I followed up in a few weeks, they said it was too cold to paint and would come back. Then they stopped responding. Another person from their company finally got back to us in the spring, came out, saw the issues and asked for photos, and said he would get with the owners and they'd take care of it. I was so relieved. Then he stopped responding as well. I can only guess the owners don't want to stand by their work. I have never been so disappointed or ghosted so completely by a company before, especially for something that I spent thousands of dollars on. I cannot recommend this company.
