He is a veteran (Air Force) and works at a bank full time. Usually am not comfortable with a person in my house. I felt completely at ease when Terron was in my house washing the windows. To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.
