Contracted with Rock Painting and Gutters to paint a large pergola - changing the color from a dark…read morebrown to a lite beige. David provided me a written estimate promptly. It was a very reasonable cost (two other quotes I got were significantly more). My discussion with him indicated he clearly understood what I wanted and issues with changing the color. In a couple of weeks, his guys came out and pressure washed everything. We then had to wait a couple more weeks due to weather. Three guys came out on Monday and completed the masking and started painting - they used a combination of spray, roller and brush - two coats to cover the dark brown. They completed the job in a day and a half. The guys worked hard, were easy to talk to, and did a couple of minor things at my request. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product.
