Jantzen has spent SO much time talking through various roofing issues with me over the years, and not once have I felt the least bit of pressure from him to make a sale. EXAMPLE: We recently had a contractor's crew working on a small addition to the house, and while they were on the roof, they told us the entire roof needed to be replaced. They texted me some photos they took of the roof while they were up there as "evidence." I sent the photos along to Jantzen, and he set up a call with me and spent the better part of an hour talking through his analysis of the roof based on both their photos and his experience being up on the roof itself in the past. With all that time and effort, you'd think he'd be pushing us to have him replace the roof, but he literally told me that we did NOT need to replace it at this stage. He just wanted to take the time to make sure I fully understood the state of the roof and his reasoning. This was consistent with every experience I've had talking with Jantzen about questions about our roof. He takes the time to talk through all issues in detail; you will never feel rushed or feel like he has more important places to be. He is really and truly dedicated to making sure that anyone he works with receives his full attention and the highest quality service. Attached are some photos of a repair he completed last week, removing an old vent that had started to leak into the attic and patching the roof over the spot where it was. You can see how tidy and organized the work is. I didn't even ask him for step-by-step photos, but that's the sort of attention to detail you get with Jantzen. He knows we can't tell what's under the shingles, so this way we know exactly what was done. Again, his honesty is so refreshing in the home services world. I trust Jantzen completely with all roofing needs, and over the years, none of the work he's done has ever failed or needed to be redone. I can't imagine anyone who's worked with him would have anything but positive things to say about him. I will never work with any other roofing company as long as I own a house!
