Like another customer recently, I had someone out on March 13 to look at a fence that needed repair. I received the estimate that evening. It looked fine but I was waiting for another company to come out before I decided. I replied that I would get back to them the following week. Tuesday the 18th, I emailed saying I wanted them to do the work, but I had a couple of questions. No response to this email. Wednesday the 19th I called the phone number on their website and here -- the phone number that apparently worked just fine when I was trying to get the estimate. No response. Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! I believe future potential customers should be warned about the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Obviously I have moved on and am looking forward to reviewing your competitor. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Jason and team on a small fence repair that I thought would be a much more expensive fix. Jason came out within 2 hours of my request to get me an estimate, and sent out his guy 3 days later to fix the fence. The price was amazing and service and workmanship was top notch. Will absolutely be using Jason and team in the future for any of my other fence needs!!!! read more

Jason reached out to me about my negative review immediately and we figured out that I had two different numbers for him and he did not receive the emails that I sent asking questions about the estimate that he had sent me- perhaps they were going into spam. I appreciate him working with me to figure out what the issue was with our correspondence. read more

From start to finish, Jason and his team did an amazing job! He is incredibly responsive when it comes to communication and has really fair pricing. A portion of our fence still had wood posts so we had them replaced by metal posts like the rest of the fence. The team did an awesome job of replacing them. I really appreciate the quality of their work and efficiency. They were done in a day and a half, which is impressive considering they took the entire section of fence down, removed the wood posts which wasn't easy, cemented in the metal posts, and put it all back up. We also had the entire fence re-stained and it looks brand new! We are very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend considering Fence Renovators for your next project! When it comes time to replace our fence in the next 5-8 years, we will use them again without question. Thanks again Jason! read more

Home Renovators did an amazing job with our fence! They were quick with a quote and very patient with us as we had a drawn out back-and-forth with our HOA who wanted us to use a stain that would have looked AWFUL. Jason gave us the truth from his professional experience about what the end result would be if we followed the HOA's requirement so we were able to work with them to get a beautiful end product, which is extra impressive because the previous owners of our house neglected the fence for years and the home renovations team made it look amazing. I highly recommend this team. They were only slightly more expensive than other quotes I got but the care and honesty Jason provided made them worth every penny. read more

I had my fence refurbished by these folks and I could not be any happier with the results. They replaced my old wooden posts with metal ones, replaced numerous fence pickets and rails (cross members), straightened the fence, and bleached/restrained the fence. The results are fantastic. It is top quality work done by true craftsmen who care. The men who did my refurb, Curtis and Kyle, were very customer oriented and kept me informed on the progress of the work. It was very nice to find such a great company to do my fence work. Whenever I need any other work they do, like windows or roofing, this is the first company I'm going to call. Very highly recommended. read more

Jason and his team were incredible. We needed an automatic gate built at our new house that would fully enclose our backyard but still allow cars to pass. Jason had vision for the project immediately and executed exactly what we needed in the space. They even matched the wood pattern and height of our adjacent fence. His crew was so communicative and incredibly thorough and thoughtful. They even addressed an electrical hiccup same day for us. I am so glad we found them - Would HIGHLY recommend!! read more

Very easy to communicate with and very responsive, Estimate was free and done in less then a week. Project was done about a week later or so due to weather complications. Rene and Marcos who are part of the home renovators llc did my fence, easy to talk to people that take pride in their work. The cedar western style fence took roughly 4 days. Very pleased with Jason and his team I recommend 100%. read more

We used Jason and his crew for a fence repair job that included building of new access gates and repairing multiple areas of broken/rotted fence. They did a great job and the gates are a significant improvement over what we had previously (new gates have a solid metal frame to support the wood). Color matching of the stain was also great and it's almost impossible to tell the repaired area from the original fence. Would highly recommend! read more

After a bad experience with another contractor, working with Jason was very refreshing. He and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. They completed the fence in one day instead of the two he initially predicted. And that even includes a few other wrinkles I threw them at the last minute. The fence looks great and is exactly as promised. I'll definitely use them again. read more
