I just sit back and stare at how good it looks!  Communication is timely and professional. Wyatt quickly sent over a rendering of exactly what we spoke about over the phone so we could visualize our project.  Craftsmanship is excellent and you can tell by the way Damian, Sterling, Jakob and Wyatt work that they know exactly how to execute to the plan. Even custom adds we asked for were done precisely how we described them.  What sets them apart from other companies we have used is that this is truly a family business. Your working with Wyatt, Damian, Sterling and Jakob. You see what they have done on previous projects and know that is who will be working on your project. Other companies we use have had issues with employees leaving the company and we were stuck with the B team. With Reformed you know exactly who you are getting which is top quality!

You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Last time we had this done it took a couple gents about 2-3 hours to do the whole job and they were gone. They scrubbed off some rust, primed small areas, and painted and gone. This time we're excited to recommend this group who took 3-4 days (mind you there were 4 of us getting job done) and the process was the difference. The prep work of removing rust in full, the primer on the entire fence, the precision of welding out small areas that needed small attention, and the precision of welding the larger panels that needed replacing gave us a perfect result. We had panels replaced (4 as I recall) but the rest were okay and ALL look brand new!! The price was fair, the work was excellent... If you need assistance for anything that their crew handles, do not hesitate to call Alex! Doesn't matter where you live, they definitely work all over DFW. The real benefit here, as far as I'm concerned, this is gonna last a lot longer. I included some pics of the fence...which I know looks like a wrought iron fence, but I tried to explain the difference above.

I had an amazing experience with Patio Builders & Design. We hired them in November, and the entire…read moreproject was completed in December. It took about a month to finish, which we believe is an excellent timeline for a project over $100,000--especially considering how competitive their pricing was. From the first meeting to the final result, the entire team was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. They built a beautiful patio cover and poured a concrete slab in our backyard, and the quality of the work truly exceeded our expectations. The design fits perfectly with our home, the concrete finish came out clean and solid, and the whole project was completed on schedule. The crew kept the area clean throughout the process and made sure everything was done the right way. If you're looking for a company that delivers high-quality patio covers and concrete work, I highly recommend Patio Builders & Design. We will definitely use them again for future outdoor projects!

UPDATE: I got a phone call from Daniel yesterday asking me to take my review down; I asked if…read moreanything in my review was not true and he said no, and not long after a new review was posted contradicting what I said in my review, think it is funny how their job was done in Nov/Dec in Texas and all the trees in the photo have leaves! So I will also add, our property was a mess during the whole process, I have text asking constantly when anyone will be out to work, I have text asking us to give him advances on the money for the project or they would need to stop work; even when we have already paid the funds to him based off of the timeline that was agreed to. We hired Daniel Morales a new name for his "business" Patio Builders & Design, LLC to build a 25x20 covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The quoting phase was very responsive. However, once the contract was signed and the deposit paid, communication declined significantly. The project began September 8 2026 and did not "finish" until late December 2026. Still have issues with the project quality of work. There were multiple instances where crews were scheduled and simply did not show up. We adjusted our work schedules repeatedly, only to be left waiting. At times, weeks would go by with no one working on the project. Per our contract, payments were tied to specific milestones. However, we were frequently approached for advance payments before those milestones were met, often accompanied by explanations about cash flow or other financial issues. Communication noticeably increased when money was being requested. There were also insurance-related concerns during the project, found out insurance was canceled due to non-payment; which added unnecessary stress. More concerning is the quality of work. We have experienced workmanship issues and are still dealing with unresolved problems that we cannot seem to get corrected. Attempts to get items addressed have been slow or ignored. Communication was inconsistent and at times unprofessional, including random texts as early as 5:00 AM and after 9:00 PM. Overall, the experience was far more stressful than it should have been. We strongly recommend protecting yourself with detailed documentation, milestone-based payments strictly enforced, and careful vetting before signing a contract.

My pups got…read moreloose a few days ago, and there are portions of my fence which need repair sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, I've had to contact the sales rep multiple times to get a quote. I do appreciate him coming out in the latter part of the day, yesterday. But, when you promise someone a quote "first thing in the morning" and come noon that morning, and there still isn't a phone call or a quote, it's a bit disappointing. So, I contacted him at noon and he told me he needed to remeasure because he was off by about 80 feet. SO, he went out and remeasured my yard around 2 o'clock today. I would like to get this project up and running, so I contacted him around 4 o'clock and his reply was, "Just go ahead with your other bid. It seems you're in too big of a hurry, we might not be a good fit." Well, I guess he's right. If a customer is trying to be punctual and get things done in a timely manner, but it doesn't fit your time table, maybe it isn't a good fit b/n customer and company. Two other companies came out and supplied a bid within 24 hours with a projected start date of 4 wks from now to get the project moving. They were free to start the project in two weeks. Timing is everything, as well as customer service. As much as I want to like a company who was a direct referral from another business owner/colleague, I have to pass on Action Fence & Deck.
