If you're looking for a foundation repair company, don't use Strictly Level. I used their service…read moretwo years ago and their initial visit for repairs went well. Five months later, the foundation had dropped again. I checked the contract that said if the foundation dropped more than a 1/4 inch, they would come back and add more filler material at no extra cost. Mine dropped more than that. They have a two-year warranty. I called and they came out but didn't add more filler. They said it was too wet and said I had a water leak under my house. I was told to fix the leak and they would return for the repairs. I did as they suggested and hired a company to detect the leak. There was no leak. We just had a lot of rain in 2018. I made another appointment for Strictly Level to add filler. This time they told me I had a sinkhole under my house and needed to hire a structural engineer to fix the problem. I told them to prove the sinkhole existed. They couldn't. So they left without doing anything again. After threatening to sue them, they came out one more time. This time they suggested have another company add pears under the house. I asked if they were going to do the job or not? Scott with Strictly Level said no.

The aftermath of a troublesome leak in my swimming pool over a couple of seasons allowed my pool…read moredeck to decline several degrees. I could actually peek under the pool deck and see huge voids where soil had washed away. I was concerned about a complete collapse of part of the pool deck. I contacted Strictly Level after receiving an advertisement in the mail. They use an expanding polyurethane injection to fill voids and actually raise/restore concrete to the desired level. Jeff came out to inspect (free) my circumstances and quote to correct my problem. While he was there, I asked him to look at two other concrete issues that were troublesome. I had the quote within minutes of his inspection. I was impressed that the quotes were "not to exceed" numbers, although a project could turn out to be less based on the amount of product used. I accepted the quote, and a few weeks later Strictly Level returned to complete the work. Their equipment is first rate, as they travel with truck/trailer combos that are professional in both appearance and function. They completed the repairs in all areas in about three hours. Frankly , I was amazed at how precisely they could control the movement of the concrete they were raising. In addition, they did a little extra work that was not quoted at no additional expense to me. If you are reading this and experiencing these kinds of problems, this could be a simple, cost effective solution for you as well. I would definitely recommend this company..

I contracted with JR & R Concrete to replace a concrete slab in the front of my house. When…read morecompleted, there was significant overspray of the color in an area that was not supposed to be colored (see pic). In addition, there was about a one foot piece of concrete that had broken off (see pic) where they had "kind of" tried to patch it without my noticing. They were quite expedient at cashing my check after they poured the slab. And my contact at the company repeatedly reminded me of their quality and their 10-year warranty. However, when I asked them repeatedly to repair these two issues over many many weeks - they were not too efficient. They did eventually come out and repair the paint overspray. However, the broken piece was never repaired. Many weeks of promises by them to repair the damage and finish the job - but nothing, I finally had to hire another concrete company to finish the job. These are some texts from my contact at JR & R Concrete: "Been busy gonna send a guy to fix it ill let you know when tommorow" [They sent this to me weeks ago - no follow up.] "Were out of town working that's why it hasn't been repaired we are in Moore Oklahoma working been here for 2 weeks be patient nothing crucial easy fix we will be back this weekend We will fix it when we're back in town" [That was 2 weeks ago - no follow up.] My advice with JR & R, caveat emptor.
