Bordered flower bed and trees.

Silvino and his crew are all awesome. They are very detailed and attentive to small details. Fair in prices. Cleanup after each job. We will continue to any future jobs with Silvino. Great people!!!

Stone border on left was done by Martinez Masonry after the original contractor bailed on the job. Matched the pattern on right perfectly.

My original contractor bailed on me after completing just half of a stone flower bed border job, but Martinez Masonry & Landscaping (crew of 2) came in and finished the other half of the job in about 5 hours. They were available quickly, prompt, and professional. They matched the pattern perfectly, so it doesn't even look like the job was completed by different contractors. The lead answered all my questions and made a structural accommodation to take care of my water flow concern. They even added holes in the previous contractor's part of the stone border since it hadn't been done. I really appreciate their help, especially after being burned by another contractor. I highly recommend them :)

They did an amazing job at bricking a post out front. Matched the brick perfectly, fair price, cleaned up and good communication. Highly recommend

Repair requested to bring brick edging level up with our concrete driveway.

Phillip was amazing from the very beginning. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step, took the time to understand my vision, and explained everything in detail in a way that actually made sense. I don't know a ton about landscaping, but he made me feel super comfortable the entire time and gave suggestions that turned out to be perfect for my space. The final design was stunning--colorful, clean, and it completely brought my yard to life for spring. I've had so many neighbors compliment the work already. You can tell they really care about what they do, and Phillip made sure every part of the process felt easy and stress-free. I also found out they have a full garden center too, which I'm definitely planning to check out next! It's so nice to know I have a local place I can go for both plants and professional landscaping. If you're thinking about redoing your yard or just want to add a little life to your outdoor space, I highly recommend Secret Gardens. I was immediately impressed by Paul's depth of knowledge and unique experience related to native design which set him apart from the rest of the field in North Texas. Fast forward 10 months and two extensive design implementations later (front and back yards) I couldn't be happier with the results. The results are two of the most uniquely designed & implemented yards in all of DFW. The backyard is completely native southwestern landscaping with rock, cactus and agaves imported from all over Texas, Arizona, and California. In contrast the front is classic southern with original elements picked up in New Orleans and Savannah. In the end the pictures, which I have posted here, speak for themselves. If you are looking for someone to develop and implement a totally unique high end design Paul is your best option in North Texas hands down. His design acumen puts him in a category all his own in North Texas and on par with the best native landscape architects from across the country including places such as Palm Springs, CA and Austin, TX.

Unacceptable Negligence: Cut My Internet Cable Twice + Blew Grass Clippings Into Garage and…read moreConvertible I am writing this review with deep frustration after multiple incidents of gross negligence by Superscapes while performing work in my Frisco neighborhood. The entire neighborhood is fed up! Last fall, their crew severed my underground internet cable during edging or trimming work near the property line, resulting in a complete loss of internet service for an entire day. I had to coordinate with my ISP for emergency repair, incurring inconvenience and downtime. This alone was unacceptable for a professional landscaping service that should be aware of utility lines and use proper locating/marking protocols. Shockingly, this happened again that same winter--the same crew (or a different one from the same company) cut the cable a second time in the exact same area. The repeated damage speaks volumes about their lack of care, training, or basic safety measures. Each incident required costly repairs, service interruptions, and significant disruption to my household and work. Compounding the issue, on the 3rd of March, while mowing/blowing in the common area adjacent to my property, the crew directed their blowers in such a way that large amounts of grass clippings were propelled directly into my open garage and inside my convertible. The debris covered the floor, seats, trunk, and even got into crevices and vents--creating a major cleanup hassle, potential for stains/damage to the vehicle's interior, and an overall mess that took hours to address. This showed a blatant disregard for neighboring private property. I documented everything with photos of the damage, their vehicle, and crew activity. Despite my initial (understandably heated) conversation with the team on site, there has been no meaningful follow-up, apology, or offer to remediate from the company or the HOA that employs them. Homeowners deserve better from contractors paid to maintain community spaces. Repeated property damage like this--especially utility disruptions that affect daily life and vehicle contamination--is not a minor oversight; it's reckless and unacceptable. I strongly advise other residents to monitor their work closely, keep garages/vehicles closed during service, and consider documenting any issues immediately. I hope this prompts immediate improvements in training, equipment use (e.g., vacuums over blowers near structures), and accountability. Until then, I cannot recommend this company in any capacity.
