Jose, the foreman, was exceptionally communicative, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. His pricing was very reasonable, especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. His crew worked extremely hard and tackled a massive amount of overgrowth--shrubs, trees, bushes, and years of neglected landscaping that had taken over the yard when we bought our home. The results are truly stunning. Our yard looks completely transformed, and the difference is unbelievable. Despite getting caught up with a work call and delaying my photos, I received a very reasonable quote within 15 minutes of contacting Omega Masonry via their website. Impressively, they managed to obtain a picture of my mailbox themselves. This all took place on the afternoon of July 1st, and they followed up promptly the next day to schedule the work for July 5th. On the scheduled day, they arrived exactly on time. During the job, they uncovered a severely rusted mailbox interior, which wasn't part of the original quote. They immediately informed me and worked with me on a price adjustment for a new mailbox insert. The technician then proceeded with the masonry work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know it may sound overenthusiastic for a mailbox, but this has been a pain point for years. The technician was polite, explained the cause of the leaning mailbox, and even my mailman complimented the new setup! The entire job was completed in just 3 hours. Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures.
