All of the communication was expertly handled by Ms. Fonseca, whose professionalism and responsiveness were second to none. She answered all my questions on the phone to my complete satisfaction. Despite getting caught up with a work call and delaying my photos, I received a very reasonable quote within 15 minutes of contacting Omega Masonry via their website. Impressively, they managed to obtain a picture of my mailbox themselves. This all took place on the afternoon of July 1st, and they followed up promptly the next day to schedule the work for July 5th. On the scheduled day, they arrived exactly on time. During the job, they uncovered a severely rusted mailbox interior, which wasn't part of the original quote. They immediately informed me and worked with me on a price adjustment for a new mailbox insert. The technician then proceeded with the masonry work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know it may sound overenthusiastic for a mailbox, but this has been a pain point for years. The technician was polite, explained the cause of the leaning mailbox, and even my mailman complimented the new setup! The entire job was completed in just 3 hours. I am extremely pleased and want to help other customers make a decision to use Omega Masonry. I am more than willing to speak with any potential clients for these guys. I will miss my "Gangster Lean Mailbox," but I am thrilled with the new and improved version. Thank you so much, Omega Masonry Crew!

I have an 8 foot cinder block privacy wall, along my back yard that needed repair. An 8-10' section had fallen over, from some time of leaning. Rebecca came out to my house and gave me a detailed plan of how they could repair just that area, instead of the huge cost of replacing the entire 70' stretch of wall. Her crew was able to replace and reinforce the area that had fallen. She was very hands on and at my property through the completion at the end of the day. Again, highly recommend.

But I knew their specialty was patios and landscaping, so we reached out when we were ready to do more with our backyard. They've been super booked this summer, but were able to fit us in. The concrete patio they installed looks incredible. We love the space it created for our kids to play and for us to enjoy. It's so nice to have a space outdoors where we can entertain and be proud of how it looks. During the patio process, they let us bring our own drawings and ideas to the table, and guided us according to the best practices they know so well. They went over and above, allowing us to add some additional space and came back to add sod in some places where the yard grade had changed and drainage needed to be adjusted. Both at no extra cost.
