DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT REVIEWING ALL THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT!!! Representative assured us the only exclusions to the warranty were for "acts of God". Signed contract electronically and made a down payment. Didn't get copy of contract back for a week. Saw that warranty didn't cover shifting soil, which was our main concern. Cancelled contract immediately. System Pavers refused to return down payment because the cancellation occurred more than 3 days after it was signed. read more

Took months to finish because of timing and mismanagement of project. Lousy communication, required constant follow up and phone calls, no shows, etc. We had to reach out to the supervisor's supervisor, the sales rep, etc. The project manager managed like he managed from his couch. Project wrapped up a couple of months ago, and getting ready to file a warranty claim despite calls to corporate with yet again more no show/no follow up/no communication. Over 50 chipped pavers that should never have been set, and one side is dropping. read more

We were pleased with the result of our System Pavers project and how Jason Gonzalez led his team. The project was not without problems, but we feel they were handled correctly. System Pavers performed an excellent job installing a large paver patio in my backyard in Arlington. I had a previous paver patio installed by another company several years ago and was never happy with the quality of their work. After taking bids from 3 companies I choose System Pavers for their fast response, explicit description of the work they would perform & their price price point was very reasonable. The result was even better than expected! The foreman, Jesus, kept me apprised of the work with texts & photos (I am wheelchair bound from an injury and was hospitalized during installation); they dug out the previous work & installed new pavers in a herringbone pattern round an existing concrete patio & continued with a pathway to another sidewalk. This is an update to a review I left a few days ago. Regarding what I believe was sub-contract mismanagement issue with the pergola contractor. After much back and forth with System Pavers. They did finally agree and perform the roofing work. Using another contractor. More importantly, I also wish to thank the project manager Jason and his crew who did very good work preparing for and installing the pavers. Very thorough and they're proactive with thei planning and follow up quality control. Coming back to replace some pavers that were not quite up to Jason's standards. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Prospective clients should be extremely cautious; the company is not accountable for and failed to honor the promises made during the sales process by its sales team. We invested roughly 60K in a project and the company failed to deliver key aspects of the scope discussed and agreed upon during the extensive sales process. When we raised this issue, the company's excuse was that the sales representative we worked with was no longer "available", claiming the commitments we relied on were never properly recorded or transitioned internally. This is an unwarranted breach of trust and a severe lack of internal accountability. Using an employee's turnover as justification for breaching the agreed-upon project scope is a heinous and unprofessional business practice. read more

job was not done correctly, spent 2 months trying to get someone to come look at it for repairs. finally got a guy to come look and then did not hear from them for almost a week. when i reached out again the supervisor thought the job was done. there is no communication between the workers the client and the managment. very unhappy with them, if i could i would go back and never use them read more

Well where should I start?..,. Problems from the start date. Little did the workers know I had audio cameras and heard the talking. Then they called their boss and lied. Well the 25 yr warranty ( that's a joke) I've had them out here over 5 times. And that's months after you place the call. Then when the boss finally shows up looks at what needs to be repaired it takes another couple of months! And this last time worked left water bottles and so much debris (rocks, cement and sand in the grass, it is now dead.! but they got paid in full and are only worried about me customers! read more
