I have Audio recordings of them promising to fix everything on 3-2-26 and then basically calling me a liar a few days later also on audio recordings. They also claimed they were going to fix everything when i have proof that they only offered to fix a few scratches and cabinet adjustments and acid wash on the shower when there was so much damage to my home and my belongings. Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Master Bath$23,000 flooring already has soft spots and raised spots they also left a mess, paint spray, concrete spray in shower, foam and grout in cabinet. The safety bars were installed with only 1 screw on each side and immediately became loose and i almost fell in the shower, I have multiple sclerosis and rely on safety. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. I have videos, photos, audio recordings, every single text message.

Original Scope: HRCC added a 1,000 sq ft to my existing deck, covered both the new & existing deck with the epoxy coating, etched and stained it to look like slate. Added Scope: I had HRCC add a custom rock garden (approx. 8 tons of rock) and sod my yard with Zoysia. Schedule: HRCC was able to complete my original scope ahead of schedule. I had a party planned when I added the additional scope. Since it was the busy season, I expected the additional work to not start for several weeks however, HRCC started it the next day and finished within a week. Costs: While costs are always a factor I typically decide based on value. In my opinion HRCC provides a great value for the costs. Mark, Tracey and the rest of the ownership team were wonderful to deal with and care about their customers. Most important to me were the caliber of the people doing the work. It was very easy to tell that they took great pride in their work, were very good at what they were doing and have worked at HRCC for decades. In addition to their work the HRCC crew worked well with the other contractors I had on site i.e. Electrician, Sprinkler Technician etc. All of our friends that have seen our remodeled yard is amazed at the change and our neighbors keep stopping by to look at the work we had done. If you choose HRCC you will not be disappointed.

Not being from Texas, I had always heard about foundation movement and cracking, but I hoped I'd…read morenever have to deal with it myself. When the signs finally appeared, I did what most people do -- I researched companies with strong reviews, a long track record, and real experience with North Texas soil. After narrowing it down to three reputable companies, I had each come out to evaluate my home and explain what they believed was necessary. Out of all of them, Heath from Texas Foundation Experts stood out immediately. His hands‑on experience, clear reasoning, and ability to explain why certain repairs were needed gave me confidence that he truly understood the problem and how to fix it. From the very first call, the team at TFE made the process easier. Katy, the General Manager, was knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient as I explained my concerns. When Heath arrived, he was both confident and reassuring -- a combination that matters when you're facing a major home repair. His proposal was thorough, his price was competitive, and the company's reviews backed up everything I was seeing firsthand. Looking back, choosing Texas Foundation Experts was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. The work they performed reflected exactly what they promised: professionalism, transparency, and genuine expertise. Foundation issues can be stressful, especially for someone new to Texas, but TFE turned a daunting situation into a smooth, well‑managed experience. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone dealing with foundation concerns.

From start to finish, they walked me through what was needed financially and the day of the repair. The guys were awesome! I had 17 piers done and it required them to remove and replace bushes, drill into concrete, and even put a pier in the middle of my bedroom! I know that sounds like a lot. They replanted my bushes like they were never gone. Their concrete work is impeccable! I have doors closing now that haven't closed in years! Strong A+ highly recommend!!!

He did come back to re-stain the chipped stain on the steps, but the steps continue to chip so it's obvious he doesn't know what he is doing. It looks horrible. He did replace my wagon because he ruined my initial one with concrete, and I gave him the one he ruined. He did come back 3 times to powerwash stain off my driveway and the street, but the reason he came 3 times is because his powerwasher was broken. The reason the stain was all over the driveway and the street is because one of his workers was drunk and spilled it everywhere. He refuses to tell me the color of stain that is in the concrete patio so I can clean up the spillover of stain from the steps. He left my yard a complete mess, dumped concrete in the mulch in my garden and, he broke a ladderback antique chair, which he did not offer to pay for. I strongly advise not to hire Anytime Concrete.
