They made me pay half upfront and then did not show the day of the appointment. After calling several times I finally received another appointment. They showed late and finished the work. The next day I turned on my sprinkler system and noticed the side of the house flooding and no pressure in the system. I immediately called a repair person and they had to tear up most of the gravel work on one side of my home to find that the HomeTurf tech had driven 8 inch stakes into the ground to secure the turf and weed barrier right through my sprinkler system pipes. The same day I sent my salesperson from Home Turf pictures and video of the damage. He explained that this can happen and the company would reimburse me for the damage. I never heard back from the salesman so a placed a half dozen phone calls and emails to the company. I was completely ignored until about two months later, I finally reached a manager named Eddie. Eddie said he would have it reviewed and promised a call back the next week. I never received a call back and reached out to him again. He explained that they were not notified in time of damage and would not reimburse me for the damage that they had done. Since then, on the other side of the house weeds are coming through even though I paid for a barrier to prevent. I have recently found out that this is a mobile company with an office listed in a resident tower in Uptown Dallas. I would recommend doing business with someone who backs their work and has a physical office so that you can insure to be taking care of. I hope this helps
